Called Rogness Monday morning and was told a repairman would come out same day. I was happy to hear that because I had tons of dirty clothing waiting to be washed. The repairman came in the timeframe I was told he would. He was professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He took apart both appliances and ran some water in the washer. After seeing that there was no water leaking anywhere from the washer, he said the drain must be plugged and told me to call someone to fix that. My husband snaked the drain, and the washer didn't leak for a few loads. But then it started leaking again. Plus, the cycles don't seem to be working right (not spinning when it should be, etc.) Problems are intermittent, which are the worst! The last time I ran the washer it overfilled the tub! I've asked the repairman to come out again. I was surprised when I called the 2nd time, because I called on Monday and was told nobody could come out until Wednesday morning. The 1st time I called, the repairman came out on the same day (also a Monday). The repairman took apart the dryer and immediately IDed the problem. He came up with a clever solution that saved us $150. Unfortunately, we had to wait for parts. I waited until Friday (5th day since home visit) to call when they hadn't called me, and the person on the phone was unprofessional (plus, they couldn't find my service order). They talked it all over while I was on the phone, instead of putting me on hold. When they finally found my service order, they said that the repairman still had to do some work on the dryer but the parts were in. I had a feeling that the parts had been in for a few days and the repairman just hadn't gotten around to doing the other repair work in the shop. I didn't get any sense of urgency! I had more than a dozen loads of laundry waiting and my kids were heading off to camp! Then I was told the repairman would come out on Monday to finish the job. I wasn't given any type of timeframe but was told he would call before coming. When I hadn't heard from them by 2 p.m., I called the shop. I told the person on the phone that I hadn't heard from the repairman and could he please give me an estimate of when he would be at my house. He replied, "Well, I know he's coming and I'm sure he'll be there by 5 p.m." When I told him I had to have the repairman at my house by 4 p.m. at the latest, he said he'd contact the repairman with that message. The repairman contacted me not 2 minutes later and said he was on his way. Coincidence? I don't know and I didn't care. I was just glad he was finally coming. He got to my house quickly and finished the job in about 10 minutes. I felt like the repairman (Kevin) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions and let me breathe over his neck while he worked. And, like I said before, he came up with a clever solution to a repair need that saved us $150! The dryer works perfectly now and will probably last us several more years. I would have given Rogness a perfect score, except for the fact that they had no sense of urgency at finishing my job. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience.

They are very prompt, very good, and very reasonable. Everything is fixed correctly the first time, I’ve never had to call back. They are a very good company that is local.

They came right out after we called and were able to fix our dishwasher in an afternoon. Everything went much better than we expected.

The Rogness team is wonderful. The sticker price is a little bit higher than the big box stores, but once you factor in delivery, installation, and recycling of the old appliance, the price ends up being comparable while the hassel factor is much, much lower when working with a company like Rogness. They stand by their work and are very helpful.

They were able to come out first thing the day after I called. Other companies I called said it would be anywhere from a few days to over a week. The service guy was on time, very professional, explained what was needed, and thoroughly cleaned up after he was done. He had to have a replacement hose sent from Chicago, had it delivered next day and came back as soon as he received it. Charged for 1 service call.

They are very good. They come out promptly, send a follow-up note after the service, and are very reliable.

The repairmen from Rogness are always competent, professional, and punctual. The owner, Kathy, always sends me a thank you note for my business and a holiday card. They seem to really know their customers!

The service technician arrived on time. He replaced a belt on the washer and tested it to make sure it was working correctly. He also took a quick look at my stove top and got my large back burner working again. He made it is easy to pay with a credit card. He was done in about half an hour.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ROGNESS. KEVIN WAS POLITE, ON TIME AND SEEMED GENUINELY INTERESTED IN GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. HE WAS ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN THE PROBLEM WASN'T INITIALLY SOLVED. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

OVERALL PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND FRIENDLY, BUT EXPENSIVE. HERE 10 MINUTES AND PRICE WAS HIGH.

RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY, WOULD HAVE COME OUT THE SAME DAY. MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES. QUICK DIAGNOSIS DOES GREAT WORK.

HE VERY QUICKLY DETERMINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS (A LOOSE SCREW HAD STOPPED THE FAN FROM RUNNING), AND HE WAS DONE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND CLEAN SERVICE.

KEVIN, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. WITHOUT MY ASKING HE BALANCED THE WASHING MACHINE. I PAID $69.95 FOR THESERVICE CALL AND $29.90 FOR THE PARTS.

TWO WEEK DELAY BECAUSE A PART NEEDED TO BE ORDERED BUT I WOULDN'T HAVEN'T EXPECTED THEM TO HAVE THE PART IN STOCK. ARRIVED ON TIME, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND FIXED PROBLEM. PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND ATTITUDE. RECEIVED THANK YOU NOTE FOR MY BUSINESS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A NICE TOUCH.
