+ -1 moreWorst experience ever. The project manager was rarely onsite to keep the crews on track. Many mistakes were made that delayed the progress and needed to be fixed. The actual home quality was 70% of what was promised. We have been there 2 years and the builder has not made any attempt to return and repair any of our issues: Garage floor was not saw cut to prevent cracking, so there are now multiple cracks. Landscape was not completed as city requires; steep drop on the side, city has sent notice. Interior paint incomplete, varnish incomplete, nail holes not filled, doors don't latch, doors hung crooked. The list goes on and on. Please run from this builder. Worst construction experience ever.
