Precision Small Engine Repair

Joe Hruska is the best small engine mechanic I have ever met. He overhauled the carb on my pressure washer and answered all my questions about putting the machine up for winter storage. He finished the job on time and at a very fair price. And he's friendly to add.

Joe does great work at a fair price. He really knows his engines.

Joe was fantastic start to finish. Told me exactly what the problem was,even consulted his Honda rep on a minor issue, and got it going again over the weekend for an incredible price! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the ignition coil was shot and could not be replaced. Just paid a modest fee for diagnosis and a new starter handle.

He called me back right away. He doesn't do pick ups, but gave me a number to someone(his comp) who does. (not many people would do that) I really appreciated that and would use him for sure if I could get my machine to him. Thank you very much for your help!

We dropped the lawn mower off and Joe was very knowledgeable. It was fixed within 2 days and the price was reasonable. We definitely would use this repair shop again.

Ordered and put new parts and put on a new carburetor. Suggested using non-ethanol gas for mower and snowblower.

The service was good and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We had a long talk about the quality and availability of parts for this model of snow blower and this manufacturer. I dropped off the snow blower and he gave me a realistic time when it would be done. He called me when it was ready. The fee was reasonable and it runs fine. I would recommend to others.

Great! The pull starter works better than it did when it was new and is easy to start. Once started, the engine works smoothly, and better than it has for years.

Joe at Precision Small Engine Repair fixed the carburetor and replaced the air cleaner cover,he was busy but still finished it up quickly. He also took the time to investigate converting it to electric start for me. I highly recommend Joe and his shop, and will use him again in the future.

My husband went out to blow the snow from the driveway yesterday.. The engine seized up and we discovered that there was no oil in it. (BTW - the dip stick had a dark color at the end, so he thought it was ok.) We initially thought that we would have to have a new machine, but before going out and replacing it we called Precision Small Engine. Joe indicated that he had had some success in fixing issues like this. So, my husband took the machine over yesterday, 12-1, and today at about 3PM he picked it up - the machine is running again! And, all for $75 (much better than over $600 to replace it!) Definitely a good experience. Joe is extremely friendly, is very helpful, does not over charge and works quickly. He is not a goucher. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
