Description of Work: Personal Touch was the management company for my town home association. In general, this company was non-responsive to homeowners. When they did respond, they were generally rude and unprofessional. Any time the board attempted to resolve problems, Kay (the owner) was defensive, made excuses, or blamed the home owner. The company was finally fired when the board learned that the company had failed to file an insurance claim on behalf of the association, which ended up costing the HOA several thousand dollars.
