The Good - the team that moved us was very courteous, professional and hard working. They showed up on time, they worked diligently, and they were friendly and enjoyable to work with. The Mediocre - the quality of the move isn’t to the same standards as other moving companies. We are accustomed to all of the high traffic floors, stairs and walls being covered; but this company only runs a liner from the door straight down the hall and stops there. Carpet wasn’t covered and shoes were left on. We are also used to furniture blankets first being placed on furniture and then wrapped - this company wraps without blankets, places on the truck and then throws blankets on top. The result is we have a few items with dents and scratches, fortunately they were not of high value. The Ugly - a really disappointing experience is we were provided a quote for 5 guys and an 18 wheeler truck. Moving day instead of an 18 wheeler they brought two smaller trucks; no big deal until afterwards they wanted to charge more per hour than the original quote bc they brought two trucks instead of one; even though it was a unilateral decision on their part and never provided any notice. They ultimately honored the original rate, but it took a couple more back and forths than I thought it should have, and I’m left wondering if this was intentional and common practice in an attempt to charge more than the original quote. Overall, a good company if you are looking for a mid-level method to get your items from A to B, but this not a high end mover and we wouldn’t use again.

Very well. Very professional and reasonably priced. Those movers really worked hard. They definitely earned their money and were so good-natured, too.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A COMPLEX MULTI-PART MOVE OVER 3 MONTHS. GOOD MOVERS, THOUGH ONE FRAGILE COUCH WAS BROKEN WHEN THEY STOOD IT ON END.

A PROFESSIONAL (NOT SELF-SERVE) STORAGE FACILITY; WE HAD A COMPLEX SUMMER WITH 2 MOVES IN AND 3 OUT; THEY HANDLED ALL TRANSFERS WELL; NOT SUPER-CHEAP. GIANT, CLEAN FACILITY.
