Called Metro Water Conditioning Monday morning for a leaking water softner. They were out by Monday afternoon and repaired it same day. Oddly enough the father of the owner installed the original softner 25 yrs ago. The owner showed up with his son and they were cordial and informative about what I needed. For all I know about water softeners they could have sold me a new one but they were very honest and forthright about what I needed. A great family owned business and I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

I was on the hunt to find someone in my area to rent and quickly install a water softener. I contacted several other companies before Metro Water Conditioning and those calls resulted as a waste of time because they were either too expensive, they did not rent their units, or they had a three week leadtime on installations. These issues were not the case with MWC, I called and got the install done the very next day. Everyone I interacted with at this company was very professional and courteous. Their pricing was also very competitive and the best part was is that I could rent the unit. I am very happy I was able to business with this company and I would definitely recommend them!

This company installed our softener 3 years ago so we called them when it started leaking. Scott called to let me know he was running a few minutes late but would be there soon. He got right to work and fixed the problem in short order. After he left I called Lori at the office when I noticed we didn't have a manual on the softener from when they installed it, and I was wondering about the warranty period. She assured me she would send one out, unfortunately the warranty period had just expired at the beginning of the year. Both Scott and Lori were very helpful and courteous.
