Little Blind Spot

Great experience. From the initial consultation to the installation, things went smoothly, timely, and the final result could not be better. The consultation was with Nate, the installer was Paul, and we were impressed and pleased with both.

I made an appointment with Little Blind Spot to have their Rep come to the house and measure for Hunter Douglas Blinds for around 20 windows, on the day of the appoint the Rep was a no show, no call, nothing. After 25 minutes waiting for the Rep I called to see why the person never called to say that he would be late or would not be able to make it (as things do come up in life and I would have been perfectly fine with a phone call). During the initial conversation, the individual from Little Blind Spot stated that they didn't know why the Rep was a "no show" and that they were sorry. Ten minutes later Little Blind Spot called back to inform me that I was wrong and that I mixed up the dates and that it was for the follow week, which was a complete lie. I am on vacation the following week and I will be out of town. I would have never made an appointment knowing full well that I would be out of town. Completely unprofessional. I will not be using their service, I will not be calling back to make a second appointment. It has been my experience that first impressions are EVERYTHING and if the initial meeting starts off this badly it can only go downhill from here. They will not be receiving my business, nor business from my family or friends. Far too unprofessional to be in a business serving customers.

We were very pleased with our experience with Little Blind Spot. We had a good idea of the blinds we wanted (we had previously selected what we wanted by looking in stores and catalogs). Andy came to our house with samples in tow and took measurements of our windows. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When we had to select a new style/color because the manufacturer did not make the type of blind we needed (opaque/blackout) in the color that we needed, Andy worked with me to select a good alternative. He waited patiently while I took pictures and consulted with my husband over the phone. Ultimately, we selected a style and color that really suited our needs. Andy put in our order and even redid a little paperwork to make sure that we got the discount they offered because we found them through Angie's List. About a month later, I was contacted again to schedule the installation (the blinds had arrived). Today, Chris came to install our blinds at the scheduled time. Chris was also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He also had our blinds installed super-quickly! Within 30 minutes, our blinds were up and functioning nicely. We're thrilled with the results so far! I can highly recommend Little Blind Spot! They will be our new go-to for window treatments moving forward...

We live in a 1926 house, and I am very picky about what decorating items we use. We recently had the living room and dining room painted, and when we took down the old, metal mini-blinds for the painter, there was no way we were putting them back up. They were at least 27 years old and decrepit. I visited the store and got an excellent tour and demo of all the options that were available by Crystal. She worked with me to find products and color choices, and gave me bids on three different choices. She advised me not to make a color choice until I saw the samples in our home. She arranged for an in-home visit to measure and to select the final product. She also told me there was a coupon on Angie's list for free installation. ;-) Nate arrived promptly and walked me through the different choices. Upon seeing the actual product in our windows, I selected the one that complemented our windows the best. Nate measured each window and presented the final bid. Delivery and installation was promised within 3-4 weeks, and this was met. Chris was the installer, and he did a very professional job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received. I will be using them again in the future.

Went OK. Because of the odd sizing considerable problem solving was required and they came out a couple of times to help us figure out the best options for our situation. Installers were wonderful, even adjusted an existing shade that we weren't replacing.

Chris was able to repair the blind in my home instead of having to send it in for repair. He was very nice and professional. Very good guy. If I ever need new blinds I will call them.

I requested a service visit online. They were responsive and worked with my schedule. They showed up on time and exuded professionalism during the consultation. They were professional in every detail with measuring and providing recommendations based on my desired outcome. I will certainly use them again!

We visited the store first to get an idea of what we wanted so we could narrow down the choices. When Michelle came out to measure she made very good and helpful recommendations. The installer was very efficient. We were covering new replacement windows in our home. We are very happy with The Little Blind Spot's sales and service.

We are very happy with the results and would use them again. My wife is very fussy and we were on a budget, so it took some effort and creativity to arrive at a pleasing result. But Kim worked with my wife to find a lower cost fabric that had the visual characteristics and colors that my wife was looking for. It took significantly longer to get the drapes than we had expected. We also had some delays on our end (health issues). So it took significantly longer than we had expected. The drapes are exactly what we wanted and give the living room a very nice atmosphere. We were able to re-use the original curtain rod with the new drapes, which again took a little creativity. The consultant arrived on time for the appointment, and was very easy to work with. She had great ideas and solutions for our windows, and gave me great recommendations as to what would work best and what colors would look best. She quoted about 4 weeks for delivery and installation, which was accurate. The installers did a fabulous job, and all the shades and verticals work and look beautiful! I am totally pleased with how everything went, and how great my windows now look!

the repair was done perfectly, and they suggested preventative maintenance that saved us from future repairs.

They responded rapidly and the lady who came out was extremely helpful. We were going for a different direction but she gave us a good alternative. I called them and they were out here about 2 days later and prepared themselves. Their price was competitive. We will use them again.

They figured how to salvage the blinds, did the job promptly, and the blinds worked like new! Will use them for future repair.

Fransico did an excellent job of installing the shutters and explaining the features and operation. He even disposed old blinds. They look beautiful!!!

I thought the designer made excellent suggestions and was very helpful, but I had a second company come in and decided to go with them. The suggested choices from the second company were also excellent and quite a bit less expensive for the same quality. I was very happy with the company I chose.

Aswesome. Andrew came to take a look at what needed fixing and did what he could that day. Parts needed to be ordered and he was back in 2 weeks to finish everything. Did a great job communicating what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problems.

It went very well. I am impressed with the Little Blind Spot. I believe I will use them in the future for a larger project I have in mind for the home. Thanks much for responding Little Blind Spot.

This company puts customer satisfaction 1st! I ordered a free estimate and measurement online in the evening, and the next morning a call was returned to schedule me for 2 days later. Awesome! Nate came out and showed me samples and measured. I felt like he was honest and didn't try to push more expensive blinds. I actually wanted estimates for remote control blinds for our media room, and Nate provided, but actually helped me reason for what was most reasonable for our needs. I was told it would take 3 weeks to order. They came in on time and were installed 2 days later in no time. Super kind, careful and amazing service! I will use again for orders and repairs if needed on existing blinds not even installed by them. They do it all!

Called for in-home consultation which was done a couple weeks after the initial call as we were replacing curtains/drapes, vertical blinds w/cornice boards which we removed. All installed four weeks from ordering. Slight problem with room darkening pull blind coming detached from bracket but was taken care of promptly.

Very helpful in directing me to best product for my needs. Suggested office/industrial brand over usual home brands. Better selection and price. Very professional and quick installation. Couldn't be happier.

They were prompt and professional and gave good advice on what materials might work. Spent time to make sure I got what I wanted. Expensive - but all custom drapes are.

The entire experience was great! I went to their showroom not having any clue what I wanted. It had been a very long time since I had looked at or purchased window treatments. Julie spent quite a bit of time with me explaining different options that I might be interested in, along with the pros and cons of each option. We set up a time that Kim could come out and measure. Kim also spent quite a bit of time talking about different options with me when she came out. She had great advice on what would work well on our windows. No high pressure at all, but left me with very good information & ordered samples to be sent to me. They called as soon as the blinds came in to set up the install. Paul came and installed the blinds today. It went very smoothly, and he gave me a tutorial on how to operate them. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again!

I saw the ratings for Little Blind Spot, so chose them to replace the cloth vanes (slats) on my living room picture window. I brought in a sample vane for measurement purposes as well as advice on replacement vanes. I met with Julie and she steered me to several options and didn't try to "up-sell" me. I am very happy with my selection and installation (by Paul). Paul arrived at the scheduled time, removed my old vanes and installed the new ones quickly and efficiently. I am extremely happy with the result as well as the entire experience. Thank you, Little Blind Spot!!!!

They were very good. It was easy to order from them and very easy to work with. They came out and measured everything. The blinds took a month to come in since they were custom blinds. They are pleasant people to work with.
