We visited the showroom to see our options, then had their consultant come to the house to measure and give advice and make color choices. It was about a month wait for the blinds to be made. The installer was prompt, friendly, and fast,. He did a great job installing everything. We are very pleased with the blinds and would certainly recumbend to family and friends.

Penny Frounfelter, Designer Program Director, came to our home, measured each window, made a recommendation and sold the product. Jon Keuning, Installation Specialist, came weeks later to install the mini-blinds.

Gryphon from Little Blind Spot did a wonderful job of addressing my needs concerning window treatments for a new bay window. He was patient, very accomodating, and gave me a wonderful price, even compared to "do it yourself" treatments at Home Depot and Menards. The work was done quickly and professionally and looks wonderful. I am considering new window treatments for my living room and will definitely use Little Blind Spot again.

Penny was very knowledgeable and her on site recommendations were exactly what we needed. The products ordered came in 3 weeks ahead of schedule and Jon, the installer, was on time, very efficient and his installation was performed quickly. We are very happy with the outcome.

The price was higher than I liked but seemed to be in line with other choices I saw. The design/sales person - Gryphon - was a lot of help. He was a good listener. The final choice was ordered, received within the time frame promised, and installation was arranged. The installer quickly installed the three parts. When all done we (the customer) could see that it was a little awry. We pointed it out to him and - to his great credit - he saw it, too, and completely cooperated with the re-adjustment of the install. Together we figured out the problem and the solution. He was able to make a perfect adjustment so that the blinds were hanging level and even. Now it looks very good. We have the blinds with the LightRise system of raising and lowering them. The blinds are a little fussy about raising up straight. It is a little too easy raise them askew resulting in a non-parallel "look" when they are down. In the long term - if that persists - we run a risk of fraying the edge of the fabric as it rolls up and scrapes the edge of the upper assembly. That's not good. The installer - noticing it also - seemed to think it was a quirk of this design for which there was no one-time onsite correction. So I guess we will be vigilant about raising and lowering the blinds as vertical as we can each time we raise them. We'll live (life is a bit fussy anyway, isn't it?).

They may have thought I had too small of a job that they didn’t want to take on or something. That’s not very professional. Don’t these people understand, people that are potential customers also talk to people who are also looking for drapes and blinds. You need a positive good answer. I was surprised because it’s a smaller company and they can’t afford to be getting too many people mad at them.

Fabulous at every encounter along the way! I initially called and spoke with Kaycee who was very helpful and informative. Based on that first conversation, I went to the store and worked with Kaycee for over an hour to select the perfect product, color and price point for our new shades. Three days later, Penny came to our home to take measurements and 4 weeks later, Chris showed up, removed our old blinds and installed our new ones in about 20 minutes! The staff at Little Blind Spot were very professional and the blinds themselves were beautiful. I got black out blinds as my bedroom faces east and it gets very sunny and hot in the morning. I rated this company a B because one of the 2 sets of blinds were too small for the windows. The measurements on the receipt show this. So the sun shines through the gap. The installer came back and switched them and the bigger one fit perfectly in that window too. Despite the differences in the actual measurements, he tried to tell me it's because they generally don't fit perfectly. I think when you are paying over $1000 for blinds for a window, they should be as near perfect as possible.

I had three contacts with Little Blind Spot staff. I went into the shop, found the staff very helpful, received several samples to take home, and an appointment for a measure. The representative who came to my home was very helpful, answered my questions and prepared my order. In exactly the amount of time I was told was needed before the blind was ready for installation, I received a call and an installation date. The installer was right on time, very professional and personable, and the blind was installed very quickly, I was very satisfied with my experience with Little Blind Spot.

The price was reasonable. They gave me a discount because I mentioned that I got them from Angie’s List. When they first came out to install, one of the windows had been measure one so they half to reorder it, they paid for it. There was a couple of flaws and they repaired them.

It was a very positive experience from start to finish. I stopped in the Hopkins showroom and was greeted by friendly staff. They set me up with a free in-home consultation with Penny. Installer was efficient, clean and friendly also!

The sales consultant, Michelle, is great. This is the third time I have used Little Blind Spot. I have received wonderful service. Michelle paid attention to my needs and made great recommendations. Michelle and the installer were a little late due to a project taking longer (just 1 hour or so), but once they got here they got the installation done quickly and picked up after themselves. They took the time to go through all the workings of the blinds, how to clean, etc. I highly recommend the Little Blind Spot - service and communications as well as price are all very good!

Great. I had Bill out, he measured the windows, chose the correct shade of white to blend with my woodwork, and ordered the blinds. I did have to prompt him to have them installed, but he responded quickly. The blinds are perfect. I would definitely use this business again.
