They are reliable and do a great job; much better than the service we have had in previous years. They listened to our plowing requests. They were careful around the driveway entrance and near shrubs where there are underground sprinkler heads. They were great as our Spring-Fall lawn service, suggested certain products when they felt it necessary, and were very reliable. We started with them one year ago and will continue to use their services.

We contracted with Lawn Ketchers for our snow removal this year and we are so happy we did. They were always here when we needed help getting out of the driveway. We did our own snow removal for years, and I doubt we will be able to go back to that very easily. Lawn Ketchers provided us with a lot of choices for service (charge per month, per snow and driveway, driveway and sidewalk, etc.) which we appreciated.

The work is impecable. The crew uses a plow, snow blower, and shovel to make sure all the snow is clear.

Was originally scheduled for 11/21, but did not show up or call. I left several messages over the following 4 days and finally received a call on 11/25 that the work was not performed due to weather and would be performed within the next two days. The work was then performed that day. Overall, the service was performed well. Just wish they had been better at communicating why they hadn't show up as planned.

I would recommend them highly for their excellent work and service. Adam Ketcher is a standup guy!

I signed up with Lawn Ketchers for weekly lawn mowing this summer. I'm happy with their work, and I plan to continue using them for snow removal. Update, October 14, 2013: Still very happy with their service.

They were hard to get hold of but they are a lawn company so we understood that. They did a good job mowing the lawn. We might use them again.

They are regular, come on time and have been doing the yard for a number of years; they do a good job with it. I will continue to use them in the future.

Lawn Ketchers were contacted a week in advance to go out and mow the lawn and do a granular weed/fertilizer application. It was agreed that the granular was best because there are two dogs in the yard. They showed up on a Thursday, used a spray application and didn't mow or trim. They were contacted and it was discussed that the following Monday they would have the opportunity to go out and do the mowing they neglected to do and they agreed, however Monday came and went and they were a "no show" and "no phone call". Very unreliable company and I would highly warn anyone to stay away from them.

Just an excellent experience all the way around. I count on them for the work that they do so well.

The people from Lawn Ketchers mowed our lawn this summer using two mowing machines and weed whackers. They were fast and efficient. This fall they came twice to get rid of leaves using machines, blowers, and a vacuum truck. Again they did a great job and were reasonably priced.

We have had them for seven years since we moved into this job. They do a great job. I have never had a problem with them. They do great job and are always on time. I think they are fair priced. I will always use them.

They did the job very quickly. I would use their service in the future too.

I've used Lawn Ketchers for several years. They are dependable and do a decent job of mowing/trimming. I also use for fall and spring clean-up. They do a fabulous job in the fall -- better then I ever did. They send out a note to customers at the beginning of the season with any updates which is helpful. I do wish they would get their website up and running.

I have used them for quote a few years and they are wonderful. They have very fair pricing. They are very timely in their service. They have very personable service.

We received a verbal bid for each of the projects described above of $200, $450 and $400, respectively. When I called Mr. Ketcher the following week with some follow up questions, he said the price for the tree removal would be higher ($350) if he did not keep the wood. When I contacted Mr. Ketcher several weeks later to arrange to have the two trees removed, he said the pricing was contingent on his performing all three jobs, and he was not interested in doing just one. Although we always prefer to support local businesses in our community, we would not have wasted our time with this service provider had we known of his requirements up front. I feel as if his approach was misleading.
