Description of Work: Sealcoated and repaired - installed cement apron in front of 3 car garage and then sealcoated asphalt driveway. Jet-Black did an excellent job removing old asphalt that had sunk, and then installing a cement apron in front of 3-car garage. Very high quality of work! They also did a great job at sealcoating the old asphalt driveway.

Description of Work: I have a small commercial location I need seal-coated. Based upon Angie's List recommendations I called Jet Black in Hopkins. They are 3 miles from me. They returned my call promptly and then sent me to the St. Louis Park franchisee that has no reports on Angie's List. I called the St. Louis Park franchisee on Monday at noon and got no call returned. He then shows up at my office unannounced with his full trailer Mid-afternoon on Wednesday. I was with a customer so I sent him away. I called the Franchise office in Eagan and asked for their assistance to get the Hopkins guy to do my job since he has positive reviews on Angie's List, they refused. I called the Hopkins guy again and left a message and they will not return phone calls to me now. A fine way to treat customers. I am having a seal-coat company in Golden Valley do the work. I called them and they answer the phone and set an appointment the next day.
