After a one week wait for a call back, the initial visit went fine, and the ordering process was very easy. Installers could have done better on the clean up. There were lots of stray screws on the floor. I also had one slat that was malformed. They look great all in all however, and seem to fit well.
Description of Work: I had wood blinds installed on 14 windows.

The manager finally called to tell me they were discontinued. He apologized and said they would take care of it as soon as possible. 3 weeks later they were finally ready for the install. When the installer came he said they made them wrong and the colors were wrong, nothing matched. Nobody was answering my calls when I called the workroom. No one called back. I finally talked to someone and we scheduled them to come out again to reinstall the valances. I noticed the drapes didn't match at that time. He was going to report the problem. Over a month later I still hadn't gotten a call back about it. There were issues with the local workroom. Unmatching valances, different dye lots, poor customer service, often didn't return phone calls. Didn't place order when they were supposed and didn't notify me when the product was discontinued. Blatant defects in products. There were broken promises about refunds.
Description of Work: They were doing some window treatments. The designer came out and was real nice. She had a good eye. They called me a few months later when they had my stuff to install. They came out and they then admitted they didn't have what I had ordered. Also, the drapes weren't hanging right and the colors weren't matching. The valance in the dining room had wrong stitching and one in the living room had a problem too. During the installation the installer broke some bricks on the fireplace. I called right away and they said they'd pay for the bill to fix it. The designer came out again to take a look and she said "They look awful." The following month I get a phone call that the new valances are in. The still didn't have the shades yet. I talked to someone to check on it. The designer never ordered the blinds until over 2 weeks later.The vendor said they didn't make them anymore but the designer never called to tell me.

NANCY WAS VERY PLEASANT & POLITE AND GAVE US GOOD ADVICE AS TO WHAT WINDOW TREATMENTS TO USE. WHEN ONE OF THE INSTALLERS MADE A MISTAKE, THEY FIXED IT TO OUR SATISFACTION AND WHEN WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH ONE OF THE BLINDS, NANCY AGREED TO HAVE IT REPLACED.
Description of Work: REPLACED WINDOW TREATMENTS ON MOST OF THE WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE WITH VARIOUS BLINDS. ALSO HAD THEM MAKE A CUSTOM SWAG/CASCADE FOR LIVING ROOM WINDOW.
