Shop damaged my vehicle, Large dent and broken tail light. Would not do anything to fix it. Terrible customer service.

They did not have any immediate openings but said if we left the car with them they could work on it if they got a cancellation. Dropped car off on Friday late afternoon and it was ready late Monday.

It has been a true fiasco attempting to schedule a windshield replacement with Harmon. We first had it scheduled and they seemed very accommodating but didn't order the right glass so weren't able to do it the first time. I work right by this office so stopped in to see if I could get it in that day while I was at work but was told flat out 'no'. The second time they came to our house it was raining and apparently getting the front of the car into the garage wasn't enough so they weren't able to do it again. I won't schedule with them again, it's been two weeks trying to get this fixed. Ridiculous.

Great. Harmon Glass came to my place of employment and replaced my cracked windshield on the date and time they said they would. I have had no problems with the newly replaced windshield.

Perfect. Very good communication. He called when he was on his way and again when he was done. The installer seemed to take real pride in his work. He gave me clear instructions and was pleasant to deal with.

This is a routine service, usually costing around $60 and done in your driveway by a mobile technician. It is also covered without a deductible by most auto insurance policies. You can save a lot by dropping the glass coverage on your policy, but you'll then need to cover these repairs yourself. For cheapskates like me, they offer a coupon for A List members. If you make an appointment to bring the car to their shop at 8AM, before the technician leaves on his rounds, they do it for $40. It takes about 15 minutes. Great deal for me ($20 savings) and it saves them at least that on travel. Win, win. Needless to say, I've saved way over $40 on glass coverage over the years. Results vary depending on the nature of the chip, but mine is virtually invisible. Best of all, they replace your windshield for free if the chip spreads into a crack, which is very unlikely because the resin is at least as strong as the original glass.

They were courteous. They did not even charge me to put the mirror on. They were really nice about it.

Easy to work with, contacted my insurance company while I was on the line with them and got all the details done quickly. Provided service as agreed upon - showed up when expected, everything works well. The price was less than I would have expected to replace a windshield. Bottom line is that I'd definitely use them again.

The actual work took perhaps 45 minutes, I had to wait a while for the cement to set up before driving. Don't slam the doors with the windows shut for 2 days to avoid damage to the new cement. No problems at all, fast, clean work.

Person was prompt, nice, and cleaned up thoroughly. However, after he re-attached the rear view mirror to the windshield it now wiggles and shakes. I had given the work about 15 hours to set. They only asked me to let it set for one hour. I think he just probably gooped the adhesive on too thickly and it's now forming a wobbly surface for the rear view mirror. Honestly, I haven't called them out to re-do that bit of the work. I figure I'll have the dealership take care of it next time I'm in.

Repair took about an hour and was done just fine.

The women on the phone were helpful and made an appointment for my at the nearby Roseville location although I think I called the number for the Saint Paul location. I chose to bring our car in instead of having them come out. The location was a little hard to find, but once there, the work was performed in the time-frame I was told at the price I was quoted. The staff seemed a little focused on insurance, and a bit confused by my lack of it in the case, but it was fine. All-in-all the work is fine and the were able to do it quickly and cheaply so I'm satisfied.

My car was vandalized. I reported it to the insurance company, and the next morning an adjuster called and suggested a company I had never heard of nor was it listed on Angie's List. I requested Harmon as they had fixed a nick in my windshield before. Within minutes arrangements were made by the adjuster. Harmon gave me the option of same day service at the Burnsville shop or next day mobile service. I chose same day service at the shop, which is freeway close. The repair was fine, the car was returned very clean. It took an extra hour from the promised time, but I can't complain since I received same day service.

My passenger window was shattered in a break-in on a Monday. On Tuesday A.M I called Harmon to get a quote. They quoted me $196 (actual charge was $215) and were fully booked on Tuesday but would come to my office at 8 a.m Wednesday to fix glass. They did not arrive until 3 p.m on Wednesday. At 5 p.m I went out to check on the car and the repairman had my door in pieces (I had told him previously I needed to leave at 5 p.m to go to my other job and he said it would only take 1.5 hours). He said he could not fix the car on site and I would have to bring it in to the shop. I dropped the car off at 8 a.m on Thursday (which was very far from work for me), I tried to call at 12 to get the status and I kept being disconnected or could not get through to office. So I called the repair man on his cell, he said he wasn't in the shop and someone else was working on it? Basically it was a disaster - it took 4 long days and lots of driving around with no glass or a broken door. Do not use them!

Work was fair, but didn't clean up the car very well (found debris in the heater/AC for weeks afterward). They also didn't do the top seal correctly, and when I went back to ask them to fix it they told me it was fine & refused. I went to another Harmon location (Roseville) and they looked at it right away with no appointment. The Roseville guy said it was terrible, and offered to fix it immediately. He had an installer fix it right there while I waited. I won't be going back to the Oakdale location any time soon, but the other locations will find my business again.

Excellent work. Friendly staff. Thoughtful discussion as to what glass to install in car. Kept to promised delivery time (one day service). Filed all paperwork with insurance company. Car was returned clean, no installation scraps on car. Service bays and office clean and neat.

Initially the insurance only authorized repair of the chip, but the service tech thought it was such a large chip, that the windshield needed to be replaced. He called the insurance company back and got this authorized. The entire process, including replacing the glass, only took about 1.5 hours. I'm not sure whether the price was good; I didn't compare prices since I have insurance coverage. I went to the Roseville location, conveniently located next to Axel's restaurant, who were happy to let me wait in the restaurant (I did order breakfast).

They did great, no problems. Great workmanship, looks perfect just like the original, but without the crack.
