+ -1 moreEric has been cleaning my windows for five years. He is the owner and cleaner of his company with no subs. He always returns calls quickly and finds a way to work around your schedule. He shows up on time and does a fantastic job. When finished, Eric asks you to check everything over to make sure the job was done right. A very personable guy, Eric does a great job at a fair price. As long as he is cleaning windows, he will be doing mine.
Description of Work: Had the outside of all my windows cleaned. The house is a two and one half story with many windows and skylights.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows inside and out. Removed and wiped down screens, then reinstalled. Cleaned window sills.

+ -1 moreEric was quick to respond and his bid was within the price range I was looking for. The only reason I didn't choose Eric is because he works alone and that would mean the job would take most of the day and I didn't have time to spend at the house while he was inside cleaning the windows. Perhaps that wouldn't be an issue for others, I just didn't have time.

+ -1 moreEric doesn't advertise, because he has so many repeat customers and word of mouth recommendations. When called, Eric either answers his cell phone immediately, or calls back the same day. It is easy to find a day that is convenient to both parties. I got an estimate the first time he was here, and he has charged the same price each time. He always shows up exactly as scheduled. He is a quick worker, does an excellent job, and charges a very fair price. As long as he is in business, Eric will be my window cleaner.
Description of Work: Eric has cleaned my windows three times in the last two years. My house is two stories on three sides, and three stories on the fourth side. This includes 45 windows and three skylights, some of them quite difficult to get at. He cleaned the outside of all windows and both sides of the skylights.
