I was in the middle of a shower remodel when a small leak was discovered on the hot water valve. In order for that work to move forward, I needed to have a plumber get there as soon as possible. I first called the company that did the original repair work and they told me they could not have someone out until the following week. Needless to say, I needed service now, so I told them no thanks. I jumped on Angie's List to find someone nearer my home. I found Dana Hoagland Plumbing and called. I explained what happened and was told they would contact their crew right away and would call me back as soon as they knew if someone was available. I had a call back within 5 minutes and learned Jake was on his way. Jake arrived on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. The charge was very reasonable considering this was a urgent request. My shower remodel is back on track thanks to Jake and Dana Hoagland Plumbing! I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Great communication, professional, great work, and at a fair price. What more could I ask for? We'll have Dana back out again for another project! Highly recommended!

I found Dana Hoagland Plumbing on Angie's list late last year, and they have been a dream. I own an older apartment complex, which ineveitably requires plumbing work from time-to-time. Dana Hoagland and his associates have consistently solved my problems quicly each time they arise. My experience with them has been a testament to their company and to Angie's List.

Wow! Great experience!!! Dana really knows plumbing, city codes, and is a master at his job. He did not over charge me and came across as being trustworthy. He was Reliable, Competent, and Fair. I highly recommend Dana for all Plumbing Services.

Prompt, efficient, emergency service on a Sunday! It is rare to find a professional in the service industry these days who knows his stuff and is mindful of providing a pleasant experience. I will hire him back and have already passed his contact info to friends/family. After 24 hours of shutting off the main water in my home, I was desperate to find someone reliable who would work on a weekend. I called several places and got a lot of run-around. Dana called back promptly, showed up when he said he would, and did an excellent job!

It was great! My husband put a large amount of pasta noodles down the drain. It completely backed up and nothing we did would clear it. This happened at night, so I called Dana Hoagland in the morning and he came out that day. It was quite a job as everything was all gummed up. It took him about 1 1/2 hours. He couldn't arrive at the scheduled time so he called and let me know he was going to be late. Even though it was past working hours, he kept his word and came to do the job. This is a family run company and they are very professional.

Very professional. Very clean. Took off their shoes without being asked. Two guys working in parallel. Explained everything that they were doing, showed all work done. Might be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for - we got excellent, excellent work done.

It went ok. Dana is very, very nice, but a bit too chatty for an hourly rate, and the ejector motor had to be tweeked a few times.

They were very professional. Dana called to see if he could come early. So he actually arrived about half an hour early. There were two men so it made it easier to move the stove. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. They were very pleasant and workmanlike. I am very satisfied.

The problem I called them about was our laundry room faucet that had been giving us problems for years. At times it wouldn't completely turn off, but I was usually able to keep it to a very slow drip and it would eventually stop within a few hours Or a day or two. This time, all my attempts just made it worse. We had had another plumbing company out before, but after we were charged about $250 for a floor drain fix that we couldn't confirm was fixed until we had a super wet spring last year, we found out that we had wasted that money and we were ready to find a good, honest plumbing company. I wasn't a member of Angie's List the last time we had needed a plumber and found out that I can save much more than the membership fee by finding better companies to start with. We will be calling Dana Hoagland Plumbing the next time we need a plumber. The only issue I had was the lack of knowledge of the person answering the phone about which faucet type would work for our situation and the websites I was directed to for choosing a faucet. The fact that our pipes were connected from the ceiling (which he did ask me about) eliminated anything resembling a kitchen or bathroom faucet without a major cost increase. A little more training of the person answering the phone is definitely in order.

Had a drain pipe start leaking. We couldn't take a shower upstairs and dish water had to be dumped in the toilet. Luke fixed it in under an hour!! Very impressed with him. He called before he arrived and arrived exactly on time. We would use him again!!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Luke arrived on time and did a great job at a very fair price. Not only does Luke do great work, he is a heck of a nice guy. These guys will get any plumbing work I have for the foreseeable future. A+ all the way.

Dana was recommended to me by a neighbor, who had a similiar problem. I checked Dana's Angie rating and saw his company was excellent. The office administrator, Jeremy, was very helpful in answering all of my questions, which were many! Jeremy put me on Dana's schedule for a certain time on October 22nd. Dana showed up exactly at the appointed time and went to work. The sump pump he brought had a 3 year warranty. In checking at various supply sources, his was the best deal. Dana said that the original contractor had dug the hole too deep, and that was why it was running all of the time. After dumping in 5 bags of rock, Dana installed the new pump. To the best of my knowledge, the pump has not run, even once, since then! In paying Dana, I mentioned that Jeremy had told me there was a 15 % discount for labor, on Angie's List, but I couldn't find it. Dana gave me the 15% discount, without the coupon. It was a pleasure to work with Dana Hoagland Plumbing, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole process took about 1.5 hours. Arrived promptly. Very friendly and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Even looked at our hot water heater as we wanted a consultation about replacement. Planning on using this company in the future for our plumbing needs.

I woke up to find a leaking pipe in my basement. I looked in Angie's List and selected Dana because of the reviews and also because he was local. Dana came over just a couple hours after I called. He promptly replaced the defective part. But when the water came on there was a second leak coming from the water meter. It took a while but he discovered there was a problem when the meter was originally installed. He was able to get the city to drop the replacement charge as it was a defective meter. Then as long as he was already here he was able to replace a broken flapper in the downstairs toilet. He spent more time than he expected, but the good thing is he persisted until the job was completed to both of our satisfaction. Dana's card is now stuck to my fridge and will be used the next time I need plumbing services.

Dana is terrific. He was responsive to my call for help on a Saturday morning over the Christmas holidays, and arranged to come out first thing Monday morning. Showed up early (after calling) with an associate, and they were in and out within 3 hours total. Courteous, cleaned up well after themselves, great senses of humor, totally pleasant to have in my home.

I called Dana on a Saturday not expecting a return call until Monday. He called back promptly and said he could be by later in the day. When he arrived, he worked through the clog in our kitchen sink/garbage disposal/pipes diligently and professionally. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again if I ever have an issue (which hopefully I will not!).

When I called I spoke to Jeremy and explained the work I wanted done. He scheduled Dana for 12/13 and also asked me to send him pictures of the downstairs faucet as I warned him it was pretty old. I sent photos and Jeremy responded quickly stating that he was unsure if this could be fixed or a replacement of the whole pedestal would be needed (with the faucet). Dana showed up about 30 minutes late but had called an hour earlier explaining he was stuck in traffic. It was snowing here in MN so traffic delays are expected. Dana showed up and inspected all three issues. He advised on how to address the drip in the kitchen sink and also how to clean up the downstairs faucet (with lemon juice and vinegar). He also then treated the upstairs slow drain. He could have charged me a lot to fix all three but he just charged for the one item and I was able to correct the other issues myself with his advice. The slow drain issue has been cleared really well and all works fine now. Great service! Would recommend Dana to others.

luke showed up promptly at the time scheduled, i walked him through the various repairs that we needed and he was off. he did a great job reworking the faucet for our utility sink. he quickly resolved the balance of the repairs and he was able to work with his supplier to find an alternate option for our kitchen sink hose. he cleaned up after the work and provided a detailed explanation of the bill and the elements replaced.

Installed a new hot water heater and laundry tub faucet. Great job. Dana has done several plumbing jobs at my house including a new addition. Never had a issue. Never had a need to call anyone else for my plumbing jobs. we highly recommend him.

Landscapers did the pavers, but Hoagland plumbing did the heating system. We are pretty sure it is working but the real test will be when we get a few inches of snow. I am confident that Hoagland will be there for us through thick and thin.

I called this company and was scheduled to have a visit...but they were running very late and so it was rescheduled. And then they were running very late and they rescheduled. And then they called and said they could come by Saturday night but we were unavailable. So then they offered to come by on Sunday but never returned my call after that. I appreciated how they kept trying to accommodate me at odd times but they were consistently late and in the end never returned my last call. Disappointing. If you are too busy, then tell so I can move on but I wasted 5 days on promises and reschedules.

He was great! The whole team, from our initial scheduling to actually fixing the problem, was helpful and professional. He was running a few minutes behind schedule and gave me a call to let me know of the situation. Dana is a really nice guy and so are his helpers. Normally I cringe when I have to hire a service repair person but Dana made it really easy and stress free. We will use him again for our plumbing needs

Dana came with one of his men, David. They arrived right on time. I have a leak in my basement and we needed to diagnose the source of the problem. Dana and David spent several hours trying to determine the source of the leak. They were very professional and honest. Dana ultimately determined that the tile in the second floor bathroom is leaking and needs to be replaced. I appreciated that Dana has common sense.
