Dana called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to tell me he expected to be on time. He was precisely punctual! He poked & prodded & searched and determined where my shower seepage was coming from. He listened to my description of a planned bathroom AND family room reno and gave me great advice about those projects. I intend to hire him for both of those projects. He replaced all the parts (at my insistence) of 3 old toilet tanks because they were each making weird water sounds that kept me awake at night. He even ran to Menards to pick up & install special parts for the toilets that will stream bleach into the tank water to alleviate the scummy water rings in the bowls. One day, I will have all 3 replaced but for the time being, my 1991 toilets feel brand new! It was refreshing to talk/consult with a pro who seemed truly interested in my plumbing problems and questions and who could envision our plans for the two major renovations. Now we're excited to get going on those, whereas before we had put them off because we didn't know where to begin.

They were super kind and courteous from the time of service call to wrapping up. I have severe OCD and they were very mindful of their cleanliness throughout the service call. : )

They are dependable and comes out anytime of night or day. I've been using him since the 80s.

Dana and one other guy showed up on time, found a very slight leak, and had it fixed in a half hour or so. They were very courteous and even removed the Centerpoint warning label. Totally satisfied with this service.

They Were great and did an outstanding job. It was determined that we had to take out the base tile to properly fix the leak and they referred us to a great tiler that helped complete the job. They were clean, professional, and had the work completed promptly. I'd highly recommend! Thanks You!

First off, Kathy rocks! She was super helpful in scheduling and communicating. Dana and Luke came to our home on three different occasions to fix some plumbing, run a gas line and install a gas cooktop. The quality of the work was excellent! Dana went above and beyond with some tricky cabinet modifications to make things work. You'd never know anything was changed. Highly recommend these folks as they should be the rule not the exception to excellent service! Look forward to dealing with them again!

we needed a kitchen facet installed, and also noticed a issue with a clogged toilet. I called Dana in the morning, and he was able to come out within an hour or two. It turned out our toilet needed to be replaced, so he went out and got a new toilet and replaced the old one, along with installing a new kitchen faucet. They provided excellent affordable service on short notice, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Briefly, after a delay in Hoaglund's receiving the toilets, two workers installed the toilets quickly and were very professional. They were also helpful in deciphering the issues with the old sump pump and explaining why the new one would be more effective. We won't know if it is until we have more rain. We were pleased.

This was the third time I've used Dana Hoagland Plumbing. For this small job (which is the first of a two part job), there were two plumbers who did a terrific job of installig toilets that are known to be difficult to install and were differently shaped than the old ones. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The first time I used this company was to do the gas and plumbing for a kitchen remodel. It turned out that the valves under the sink were unusable and the pipes severely corroded. Dana stayed well into late evening on the floor restoring the plumbing to like new condition and to code. The next time I used them was when my hot water heater died. Even though they had everyone scheduled on jobs, they pulled together a team who purchased and installed a new heater within hours of my call. I can thoroughly recommend Dana Hoagland Plumbing for their integrity, professionalism and commitment to good service.

Creating reservation was pleasant and they booked when I could be home. He came two hours late, but I was called to let me know that and he apologized several times for the delay. He checked the dishwasher and it wasn't leaking so he asked if he could cut a hole in the ceiling with the stains and I said yes. He figured out that my home construction people had drilled a hole in the pipe and it had been leaking for years. He asked if he could go to the store to get the right piece and came back and fixed it and it is fixed now. He told me how to proceed with getting the area cleaned and painted to prevent mold. Just a very pleasant experience and a good value.

This company has to be one of the best, both in terms of being responsive to your needs and professional. We can't say enough positive things about Dana and his crew. They performed the work quickly and for a reasonable price, and then stood behind their work 100%. Thanks

It went great, in the past I've tried to do things like this on my own but I just didn't have the time or the confidence with the gas line. Luke was great, very friendly and professional. It didn't take long at all and though I can't remember the exact price, it was very reasonable. He hooked everything up and positioned it. He did a test run to ensure no leaks or issues.

Went well. Removed old pump (lift station) and installed new pump. Always have had good luck with Dana and his crew. They have done several jobs for me.

We've used Dana Hoagland plumbing three times in the past three years and are always impressed with their service. They are always punctual, professional and quick. This particular time they were backed up three weeks, but called when they had a cancellation and were able to fit us in earlier. I would have waited three weeks because I trust them and know they do good work.

It took several tries to get ahold of him, but he offered a good price and we scheduled work to be done. He came out, but there was a miscommunication about the parts needed, so I said that we would call to reschedule, and apologized for the waste of his time. When we called to reschedule they never called us back. We tried at least four times and left several messages.

These guys were great! I called them at noon and after a few calls to ensure parts and availability of plumber, we had our water heater delivered and installed by 6pm. Could not have had better service!

They were willing to come after hours, but I didn't feel the need since my leak stopped. I will do some additional testing and then schedule a time to have work done.

From the initial call to the final clean-up, I couldn't be happier. I do a lot of work myself but this was a job I didn't want to touch. They handled it with ease. Even with a run to get parts to make things work with our goofy plumbing system, the whole thing took less than 90 minutes.

He was very good. He was very prompt. The price included the pump and labor. I don't have a frame of reference for the price but it seemed good. We've used them twice already.

Not only did he come at 7:00 on a Friday night -- he worked me in to his already busy day -- but he quickly fixed the faucet for the weekend. Then he came in and helped with the toilet seat -- I had been trying to put on a new toilet seat for a couple weeks but I could not get the screws out -- (It's a low boy toilet, to access the screws you have to go in through the back tank) -- he got it off quickly and put the new seat right on. He was great. So excited to have someone that wasn't trying to up charge me. Plus, he truly appreciates his associates - he talked about how great Jake (his associate) was and how Dana and his wife were treating them to a weekend downtown and a Twins game, because he was such an awesome worker and he deserved it. You just gotta love somoen who loves the people that work with him like that. I highly recommend Dana.

The service I requested was completed as expected.

They not only were able to install our new garbage disposal with minimal changes to the original plumbing but they updated and corrected several other items. Excellent work which is very much appreciated. Thank you for the prompt response and confidence you brought to help us feel better about a potentially negative issue.
