Description of Work: They unclogged a very sluggish kitchen sink drain. I had tried to snake it myself and just made it worse. They came and unclogged it and offered suggestions on how to keep it from getting clogged in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced a disposal for my mother. They were so friendly and helpful in answering questions on the phone. I felt well educated in choosing the type and cost of disposal we needed. There was no pressure to buy the disposal from them. While at her house to install it, they answered all her questions and gave her specific instruction on how to take care of it! He even went to get a different color ring to match her sink! Very impressed!

Description of Work: Asked them to take out Kinetico drinking system and fix leaks under kitchen sink. Also had a shower wasn't working. They were amazingly helpful with great advice. Very pleasant people to have in our home. I don't think either of our repairs were too difficult (although my hubby couldn't fix either) but they had both problems figured out and fixed within an hour. Will definitely call again with any future plumbing issues.

Description of Work: Dana came to connect my natural gas grill. He was very busy and put me on a cancellation list because he had to schedule me quite a ways out. Nobody cancelled so he kept the appointment. He was waiting for me when I got there which I greatly appreciated, having been detained in traffic. He was very professional, the cost of services seemed fair, and I finally have my grill working. His wife Kathy went above and beyond to ensure I was communicated with and Dana could keep the appointment as promised. I was very happy.

Description of Work: I contacted Dana, the owner, and he came out promptly for all 3 projects. One was a water stain on the ceiling from a shower. He knew exactly what needed to be done and it was repaired the shower drain the next day. The second problem was a clogged garbage disposal, which again he got the job done. The third was replacing a shower pipe, which involved cutting open the wall. He did a great job on this too. He was prompt, inexpensive, friendly ..I can't say enough good things about working with him. I have used other plumbers before, who have charged much more for what was done and not even solved the problem. Thanks Dana - you and your company are great.

Description of Work: After completing a restoration of laundry closet for a new washer and dryer noticed a leak on one of the newly painted walls on Sunday night. Called Dana's Hoagland's Plumbing Monday morning. Dana came out late morning to promptly fix the leaking pipe/fixture, replaced the washer box, copper pipe and coupling. He had to cut a hole in the wall to access the pipes and took care to not damage the new base boards. He also contacted a taper,Dan, to close and tape up the hole and have it painted and ready for the delivery of the washer and dryer the next day. Talk about service! Dan's work was wonderful as well. Hardly any sanding to do and totally cleaned up after completing. Dana also gave me some helpful hints about my new water softner and what to be on the look out for any future leaks as well as when to replace washer hoses. Will use his services again and pass his name on to friends.

Description of Work: Luke came out to help me with a frozen faucet. I had not done the shut-off process. In fact, I wasn't sure where the shut-off valves for my outside facets were. Luke located then and checked the pipes. Luckily no pipes had broken. He did change out the shut off valves since one was not working at all and the other one was very hard to turn. I appreicated the time he took to step me through all the other shut off valves in my mechanical room and he also made some suggestions for a couple of other values that could use an update. I will be doing these in the spring when I have him replace another toliet in my house. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of work, responsivenesss and professionalism. I know consider this company as my "go to for all of my future plumbing needs.
