Description of Work: Dana tackled our 1938 bathroom tile and tub/shower fixtures embedded in 4+ inch concrete with steel mesh to update the risers and fixtures before a tight deadline. This was no easy task but he stuck with it. Nice to work with and all the plumbing turned out well.

Exceptionally smooth and professional work; called when late due to traffic; left basement cleaner than found it; great, work ethic and skill.

Description of Work: I had a pin-hole leak spraying water out of a crack in the main shut-off valve. Dana Hoaglund came out on a Saturday morning (when most plumbers are not available) and quickly fixed my tricky situation, installing a new primary shut-off valve. The city had to come out and shut off the water because the leak was before any shut-offs. Dana did excellent work and was very personable.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher leaked water into the basement, so I called, spoke with Cathy, and she set up appt with Jake. He saw where dishwasher was leaking. We bought a new one. Jake and David removed the old dishwasher. Later they came back and installed the new, fixed a small leak in a basement pipe and redid some pipes under kitchen sink that were improperly installed.This is a family run company and every person I met to talked with on phone was great: friendly, informative....Jake and David showed up at 7am to remove the dishwasher even though they were booked all day just because Warner Stellian would not remove dishwasher unless it was disconnected. This seems to be a great company....we have not gotten bill yet, but it had been clearly described for us before work began.
