The workers were polite, courteous, on-time and cleaned the work areas after completing the repairs. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work.

Initially difficult to get appointment (phone number listed on Angie's list was plumber's cell phone, not office main line). After some "phone tag" I finally got appointment. On the date of the appointment, they were about 50 minutes late; however, they did call and gave close time estimate on when they would arrive. With that being said, they were VERY friendly and professional. They did not hesitate to take their shoes off (I did not have to ask). They were quick, and completely cleaned up afterwards. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I would call them again.

Dana was punctual, professional, and friendly. He looked at the job and knew exactly what needed to be done. He completed the job in minimal time and his fee was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others that need a plumbers services.

A+++ Service. The job spanned over a 2 week period and required a temporary laundry room be created. The work all along the project was exemplary!!! In addition, every time the crew left, the basement was cleaned and "livable". I could not be happier with the work they did! I have already recommended this company to several people and I would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing work. Best of all, their estimate was thousands lower than any other bid received.

We had just installed new linoleum on our bathroom and we had thought we had fixed the leak before re-installing the toilet, but we didn't. The floor was put in on a Saturday, and I didn't want to have to go too many days without my main bathroom working. I was afraid of the expense for a weekend call, but there was no additional expense whether they came on Sunday or Monday. I called Sat. evening, and Dana was out Sunday morning. He did a great job - even had to go to Home Depot for parts, but was very professional and quick. The bolts were so rusty that he almost couldn't remove them, which would have meant buying a whole new toilet. He had an electric saw that he had to cut them out with, but it did the job and saved me from buying a toilet. I can't say enough about the promptness and he did a great job. I would hightly recommend him!

Great. Response to our inquiry for the project was prompt. Pricing (which included obtaining a $40 building permit from the city of Eden Prairie) was reasonable. Jake turned out to be a cheerful, skilled plumber. He suggested a different route for the piping and explained why it would be better than our original plan. Results were neat and professional. Good people!

Dana was great! He gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and great advice about what type of vanity to buy for our small bathroom. He showed up on time ready to work the day that we had planned. We were having our bathroom floors replaced at the same time and he was very flexible, working around others and setting the toilets as the floors were ready. He was very helpful and even went to Lowe's with my husband to pick out a water filter system for our fridge. He worked many hours at our house and into the evening on a Friday night. We definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Jake did a great job! We called yesterday and he was here today. He was professional and knowledgeable even when the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated. Jake had a great attitude! We will utilize Dana Hoagland Plumbing again.

It was an A++ experience. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went to get parts and quickly finished the job. He then cleaned up after himself [water & old cauking]. He even put back all the items that had been stored under the sink[soap, waste basket, sponges etc]. When I called the company to make an appointment the woman I spoke to was very helpful, cheerful & courteous.

Dana showed up at 5:30 pm on Friday, he looked at the problem and tried to turn the water off to the house outside. During excavation in building the hose some one bent the shut off valve to the house. I had to have the city come out on Saturday and try to shut it off. After about 30 minutes the they shut the water off. They left the tool they used with me and I called Dana back. He came back out at 5:30pm on Saturday and fixed the problem. He still only charged me the quoted price.

Responded right away and that was in the evening. My pump was literally duct taped together because it had sprung a leak. He did the job quickly and professionally. I'm handing his cards out.

The gentlemen were friendly, neat and efficient. They came on very short notice and made room for our predicament. We were very thankful that they fit us into their schedule and plan to hire them again for a summer project.

They were really great to work with. They were punctual, gave us low cost alternatives to repair it and did really good work on it. They communicated very well and their price was good. We were happy with the whole experience.

We had tried twice to set up a time for him to come out and finally got him out on a Sunday (the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend). Dana did a great job of coming in, looking at what needed to be done, doing the right things (making sure the drain was vented and trapped), and being professional in his installation. I would recommend him for plumbing work but he also does heating and air conditioning (HVAC).
