I was happy with everything they did, and the price. The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and very professional. He came when he said he was going to come, and he was able to figure out what was going on really quickly, and fixed it quickly. I don’t have anything to compare the price to.

They are fantastic. They basically roughed in the cellar and the sewer line for what will be a new bathroom. We are renovating the basement with a new bathroom, and what they did is they did all the sewer lines with that, and they did the vent pipes, the soil stack, the sewage line for the toilet, shower and vanity. We spent quite a while finding these guys, and we were searching back and forth, and they were very accommodating. They did come out to our home a couple of times before they did the work. They were very clean. The work that they did was of high quality. The work did get inspected by the City Inspector. There was not any issue or any problem. We may be using their services again fairly soon once we start doing more of the plumbing work.

I recommend them. Their price and quality of work were excellent. I give them A's across the board.

Last fall, we used Dana Hoaglund Plumbing for the first time to install a new toilet. Luke came to install a toilet they recommended. He was professional, easy to talk to, and just an all around nice person. We then needed 2 new faucets installed in our kitchen, and when I called Dana Hoaglund Plumbing I specifically asked for Luke. He did a great job again, and he explained to me every step along the way. He recommended shut off values that we did not have on our island sink, and again explained to me every step that he was going to take. Great service, and Luke is definitely our plumber of choice at our house!

Our rental house had a water leak from plumbing that had been damaged by a renter. I looked on Angies List for a good recommendation as my usual handyman was not available. Dana arrived when planned, was personable and professional, did the upfront analysis to determine the true problem and did a solid repair job at a reasonable price.

I used them several times. In the beginning, I was hoping they were good. They didn't do anything wrong. But, by the end, they took too long. In the end, I had to pay that amount. I wish I wouldn't have had to pay that amount, because I could have replaced the toilet. Actually, in the end, they replaced it. Nothing they did was wrong. They fixed it and fixed what was broken at that point. They did their work and nothing was wrong with that. They were prompt, too. I may use them again in the future.

Excellent. They arrived on time and it took the amount of time they estimated. They guys were great. They kept the house clean and did an excellent job of cleaning up after their work.

Fantastic Plumber, So glad Angie's List had this recommendation. I had NO IDEA who to call as I have not had plumbing issues in the past and have been burned in the past from carpet cleaners, contractors etc. His scheduler was very helpful in helping me describe the issue and urgency. Dana himself came out the same day. I will use this plumbing service again and recommend them to anyone in the Twin Cities area. These are the types of small business owners that I like to support locally. Funny how inconvenient not having a kitchen sink is! Thanks To Dana Hoagland Plumbing, I can stop doing dishes in the bathtub now.

From start to finish, this is the shop that will handle all of my future plumbing needs. In the fall Dan Hoagland Plumbing replaced our water heater and water softner with complete professionalism, courtesy and quality. This week we had a "plumbing emergency" when we noticed some water spots on the ceiling of our finished basement. After some unsucessful unprofessional diagnosis by me, I knew it was time for some experienced help and I knew exactly who I was going to call. Despite my luck for the balance of thi week, Dana Hoagland happened to have another project already scheduled near my home the morning I called and I was next on the schedule. After arrival Dana Hoaland's plumber work tirelessly until the stubborn problem was identified and a remedy put into place. Although this was a completely different need, like my first experience with this shop, all work was completed at a reasonable price, beyond timely expectations and with complete professionalism and courtesy.

My experience with Dana Hoagland Plumbing was excellent. Very easy to work with, and easy to schedule/coordinate the work. Jake (owner's son) did the work, and he was very friendly and professional. The amount I was charged was exactly as quoted. We had to do some drywall repair after installing the new shower riser/ear. After that, Jake stopped by to ensure the showerhead was installed properly (no leaks), because I was having some trouble getting it to seal well (Jake could not install this in his initial visit because of the drywall repair that was needed for the project). I really appreciated this extra effort to make sure everything was done right. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I called in the morning to see if they could come out the same day. No problem. They said between 3 & 4 pm, and they arrived right on time, Very good service, and gave me some tips if future clogs appear.I will recommend them to other people.

This is the second time we've had Dana Hoagland Plumbing to work in our house. The first time was with the contractor who was doing a bathroom remodel in our house and totally by chance. After being ripped off for several years with another plumbing company (not knowing where to turn to), it was so refreshing to have an honest company come in on time, wonderful professionalism, and such a great price. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL company!

He was great. We had a really good experience with him. He was very friendly, very helpful and was on time. He was there all day long working on a Friday until around 7:00 at night. He did a good job. He even went to the store with my husband to check out a water filter system. We would use him again in the future if necessary.

Responded quickly to our call. Came to our house promptly and on time. Very friendly, professional, and helpful! Fixed the shower to give better water pressure, replaced the "pop up" in the sink. While checking the water in another bathroom, did some simple maintenance on that shower. Went outside to check the faucet on the outside of the house and noticed another faucet on the side was placed "not with code". Replaced the spigot on the outside which required going in through the basement ceiling. Gave us lots of hints on maintenance. Did little extras and explained everything as they went. Actually moved things out from under the sink and placed them neatly back where they were! Also moved and cleaned up neatly downstairs after repairing the hole in the ceiling from the outside spigot replacement! Advised us of another spigot for the sprinkling system that was done "not to code".

Went smooth -- even though it was a very difficult job and no parts available on the 4th of July.

We had to shut our water off on a Saturday night due to a major leak and a ceiling collapse . . . we called Dana on Sunday morning with the hope that he could come out yet that day. They arrived by 11:30 AM and he was done by 12:30 - cleaned up every bit of the mess, recommended additional suppliers to help patch the ceiling, consulted on a few other plumbing and non-plumbing projects and ONLY CHARGED $140!!! They are prompt, professional, courteous, skilled, knowledgable and 110% customer focused. There was a problem with the first plumber --he didn't show up and we really needed the kitchen working. We called Dana and he came the same day we called. He was very pleasant and did a great job. His pricing was very reasonable. He is the only plumber we will use in the future.
