Great, just had hoped they would arrive closer to the estimated time and all, since I was taking time off work.. but once they got there, everything went great!

I was afraid to call a plumber because of the labor costs, but I was surprised! Luke showed up on time and walked me through what he did to remediate the problem for all of them. I was thinking it was going to take more than 4 hours to do all the work...he was in and out in 1.5 hours. I will hire them again.

Excellent. I saw in Angie's List this company had great reviews so I gave them a call. A nice lady answered the phone (imagine talking to a live person), took down my information around the job and scheduled a plumber to arrive within 48 hours. On the day of the appointment, the plumber contacted me for additional information to ensure he had all the right parts. He was fast, nice to work with and completed the job to perfection. My son who is in the trades told me he deserved an A+ start to finish. I would hire without any reservations! Plus they give a discount for Angie's List members. Outstanding experience!

I had a pipe break from the outside of my house due to thawing this spring. Found out about it late at night and called Dana around midnight and left a voice mail. Dana returned my call at 7:30 am the next morning, was out to do the repair at 8:30, and everything was done by 10:30. I was so pleased by his responsiveness, professional and friendly manner, and good work. Dana explained the process and even let me know how to avoid a problem in the future, The fee was very reasonable too. I will use Dana in the future and recommend him highly!

I called Dana late Thursday evening (10:20ish) thinking that i would get his voicemail and had planned on just leaving a message. To my surprise he answered the phone and said that he could come right out. He arrived around 10:45pm and left a little after midnight. It was a late night for us both, but really helped in the fact that i didnt have to use PTO to take a day off from work to get this done. ( Wonderful customer service :-) ) His hourly rate was $135/hr, which i think is a lot, but i think all plumbing is expensive. compared to others he is extremely reasonable and given that he came out so late, i would have expected to pay much more. overall i couldnt have asked for better. he has now become my go to plumber.

Luke called and asked if he would be able to arrive earlier than scheduled. We worked out a time and it was nice to be having the work done sooner than expected. Luke was very friendly and professional and immediately began working on fixing my water line to the refrigerator. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what my options were. He asked if I preferred if he made a small hole or a large hole in my wall, which I thought was very respectable. He was able to keep the hole small in my wall and able to put in a flexible line with a shut off valve behind my refrigerator for my convenience. He took care in moving my appliance and even grabbed paper towels when he was done to wipe off his fingerprints on the refrigerator. What really made me rate this company and their service high was that Luke was not scheduled to look at anything additional in my house, but I asked him if he wouldn't mind looking at my tub/shower faucet that a friend of mine had installed recently, because the shower head had water coming out of it while filing the tub. Luke didn't hesitate to say yes he'd have a look at it. He pulled out the wall panel and noticed that a pipe was leaking and detected that a part was put in upside down causing the water to come out of the shower head. He recommended that it get fixed right away. Granted, Luke was done with his day once he had completed my refrigerator line. But he stayed and worked on my tub/shower faucet for me and did not seem put out about it at all!!!!! He told me how long he thought it would take and also gave me a guess at what the cost would be for parts before he even started. He finished in an hour and now I feel much better about my faucet. I know now that it was done correctly and professionally and have confident that I will not have leaking water or mold buildup. I am truly grateful for Luke and his company, his professionalism, and his character. It was nice not to be treated like I was dumb and didn't know what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything to me. I felt like it was a family member helping me out. I have and most definitely will refer Dana Hoagland Plumbing any time someone asks. It's so nice to know there are people out there that word hard and take pride in what they do, with respect to others. Thank you Luke for your service and a job well done to you!!!

I couldn't have asked for anything better. I have little knowledge in baseboard water heat and Dana took the time to ensure I understood what was going on and ensured everything was left in proper working order. I left for a a long trip and was concerned about the fix and Dana followed up with my neighbor to ensure there were no standing issues. Dana went above and beyond, was extremely knowledgable and got the job done correctly with no issues. I have already recommended Dana to family and friends and will certainly be using his services again in the future.

It went very well and cost a lot less then I thought it would.

I had a leaky copper pipe with a pinhole spraying water in my basement. I noticed it at 4:10 PM but it had been squirting all day. I called Dana, he was super nice and really professional. He said he was on a job but would catch me on his way home. He got here at 6:45 PM and was gone by 8:15 PM with the problem solved to my complete satisfaction. Cost was $175, which in my estimation was cheap for the time of day and labor and parts used. Dana was friendly, trustworthy, and professional. He looked at the problem, explained how he would fix it, fixed it and left. He got us back on track quickly after what I had feared was going to be a major problem. I would not hesitate to call this company again. Thank you Dana!

Punctual and professional.

I heard my basement toilet running, and was unable to get it to shut off with usual techniques of lifting the float, checking the stopper and finally trying to turn off the feed line. My attempts to close the valve actually seemed to make it worse, so I called around to find a plumber who could fix it that afternoon. After trying a few that did not have someone available, the nice lady at Hoagland said she would check with her guys and call me back. She called back within a short time and said she thought Jake could come that afternoon. Jake appeared promptly and got right to work. He figured out the problem and got everything repaired and tidy in under an hour. The price was very reasonable and I am confident that it will run fine for a long time. Pleasant, honest people to deal with - I will be comfortable calling them again when the need arises.

Great service taking care of a leak problem, Dana coached me through stopping the leak on the phone, then came at the end of his other job to fix it, gave me a primer on how my plumbing works and even helped me with another issue with my sump pump. Fast, thorough and very affordable...I will refer him to everyone and Dana is now on my emergency speed dial.

I had a backup in my drain in the basement. I found Dana Hoagland on Angie's List and called them. I was able to get a quick appointment. Dana was later than he said he would be but he gave me a free half hour because of it. And apologized a few times. He got the drain clear and gave me tips and tricks so that it wouldn't happen again. When it did happen again and I called Dana Hoagland, he immediately referred me to someone else who could clear the roots from my line. Dana knew immediately without even coming out that it was a different problem.

Dana Hogland Plumbing was exceptional. During the estimate Jake pointed out everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it up. When the time came to start the work Jake and Luke arrived on time and over the course of the next 3 days got all the old piping out and installed the new piping and fixtures. Everything is in prime condition now and I have no worries of an old pipe bursting and the water pressure is great everywhere in the house. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing need.

They did an excellent job, getting the work done quickly and well. We had a slight misunderstanding as to whether they would break up the toilets and put them in our dumpster (as a remodel was going on), so we ended up doing that part of the work ourselves. Overall, though, we were very pleased!

The valve was replaced but the plumber left damage on the siding as well as left marks that won't wash off. He was very good otherwise, prompt and was able to replace it within a few days.

I have Dana Hoagland Plumbing on 2 occasions and both times they have done excellent work., thanks to Jake and Luke. 2 different toilets of mine had the flange below the floor level so they were leaking. They came worked quickley and cleanly and explained what they were doing. They are my go to plumbers now!

My water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning. Late Sunday I sent e-mails to several plumbers, asking if they could install a water heater first thing Monday morning. I received a response from Dana Hoagland on Sunday evening. (I've had them do work in the past.) Monday morning the plumber arrived and installed the water heater. After the installation he removed the old unit, cleaned up the area, and explained how to set the temperature control on then new unit. It's worked great ever since.

It went very well. They were professional and courteous on the phone and got us scheduled as quickly as they could. The plumber was on time and quickly got his job done, presented us with options, and upon our decision, got everything finished up. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

One service was for a clogged drain in the kitchen sink that created problems related to the dishwasher, and the other service was for a gas leak related to a hot water heater. I highly recommend this company!

He was polite to my family, attached a new valve on the supply line, installed the dishwasher correctly, and even got the wheels to the dishwasher adjusted for the height of the space. Will hire him again.

Luke came out to our house twice - once to unhook everything and once to re-hook everything. He was very punctual, arriving precisely at 8am both times (even with the early December snowstorm!). During the unhook, he was very thorough in explaining the process to us and very attentive to the specific needs of my family. During the re-hook, he was similarly thorough and was able to dramatically simplify the plumbing under my sink. I would definitely use Dana Hoagland Plumbing again should the need arise.

It went very well. The Angie's List price beat the price charged for installation charged by the store we purchased it from. We will use Mr. Hoagland again for future plumbing needs.

fantastic! The technician was super-friendly and polite, the work done was excellent, the fee was reasonable and fair (in my opinion). I have always dreaded dealing with plumbing repairs but no longer. I feel like I now have a plumber that I can trust and call on for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
