The appointment was easy to schedule w/ Donna. She asked good questions to get a handle on the job. Jake arrived exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did the job efficiently. He asked if we needed any other help and he quickly diagnosed a problem w/ the whirlpool tub and suggested a couple of fixes. He was pleasant and easy to work w/. We'll use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Although Dana called to say he might be delayed with his previous service call (and he was), he arrived about 8:30 PM and remediated various plumbing issues, both in main lines, valves and exterior fittings. He was professional, efficient, and courteous...what more can one ask?

My second time hiring Dana and he again didn't disappoint. He arrived when he said he would. What he thought would only take a couple of hours took about 4 but it wasn't his fault. The bathroom isn't very forgiving with it's small space and I really should've bought a different shower. And the contractor I had to frame didn't set it up the right way to allow for easy placement of the shower. So Dana re-did the contractor's work. I was surprised by this and very appreciative as I didn't want the job to be slowed. After 4 hours of working on the shower, it was complete. He offered some helpful tips. And because he felt bad it took longer than expected, he actually only charged me for 2.5 hours of work. I was really impressed. Call Dana Hoagland Plumbing if you want good service.

New to the area and selected Dana Hoagland Plumbing based on reviews from Angie's List. Based on over 30 years of home ownership this plumbing company is the best I have worked with. Arrived on time and did a thorough job assessing the issue. Once the issue was identified they did a terrific job explaining exactly how they planned to remediate the situation and walked me through the process. High quality workmanship done at a very fair price. While they were on site i requested them to perform a couple of additional jobs that included the change out an outside faucet that wasn't working properly, inspect sump pump and inspect the hot water heater. I would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation for someone looking for a professional plumber.

I had a bad water leak in my basement and I was in panic mode, especially considering I thought the leak was from water being absorbed into our foundation from all of the rain. I called a few plumbers but nobody was willing to address it right away. That was until I called Dana. Dana promptly came over and identified the issue was due to a number of teeny leaks in our water line. He started work on replacing the pipe. He even did a great job with clean-up. On top of that, he took a look around the house and provided good tips on what I should do to ensure I don't get water in my basement and to address humidity issues. He was very kind, very diligent and wanted to make sure he did the best work he could. Once he was finished, I told him about a toilet issue. My basement toilet wasn't tightly fastened to the joints on the floor. They were rusted out. He immediately began work on it. He had this fixed in a short amount of time, all things considering. At that point, I asked if we would be interested in installing a shower in our basement. We were having company the next weekend. He called his secretary and set it up within two days. There is a separate review for that visit. I was able to use the coupon that Dana provided. I was expecting to pay more than what he charged. I couldn't be happier with his service. I strongly recommend Dana Hoagland Plumbing.

They were very prompt with both the estimate and the actual work. All cost were detailed to me before, I was offered A choice of options and there were no hidden surprises. I was very satisfied with the final project.

I called Dale in a panic, after a comedy of scheduling/delivery errors and delays from a big box retailer left me with new appliances looking to come inside. Dale himself answered right away and answered in the affirmative to my questions. In fact, when I asked if he could come on Friday, he said, "How about tonight?" Jackpot. He came in, got right to work, and was very efficient. Great bedside manner and very personable. It's clear he is customer service driven and does whatever it takes to make the customer happy. He left my house in the far suburbs at 10:30 and was still going to another appointment. He takes his reputation and being a business owner seriously. Wouldn't hesitate to have him out again and even had him bid on my next project. Great guy, great work ethic.

Dana explained what he was doing & why he was doing it. I felt comfortable having him in my home. Donna at the office was also helpful on the phone.

We called Dana Hoagland plumbing at 3:45pm, and he was able to come over at about 8:15pm the same night. He was here about 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Very responsive and professional.

He was on time, and performed the service quickly but did a quality job. I really appreciated the extra time taken to explain why the pipe burst and the steps necessary to ensure all of the water is out of the pipe before winter. He explained things I didn't know about how the internal shutoff valve works and also the back flow preventer.

Everything went very well. Dana is a professional skilled plumber. I had many issues that needed attention. He was able to answer my questions and fix my problems. He also suggested I replace the toilet supply and shut off valve. He explained the type of valve I had was made of plastic, not very durable and notorious for leaking. He replaced it with a much more reliable and durable supply and shut off valve. I was pleased he took the time to investigate and inquire about the leaking valve.

Everything went great. The biggest thing was that water in the basement over the weekend (and a holiday) usually causes a panic. this turned out to be no big deal, and was handled efficiently by Dana the next day.

Good. He got done before the hour was up and asked if we needed anything else that he could fix within the hour.

He did a great job. I was very pleased. I need some work done again and I'm going to call him again.

They did an excellant job. I wasn't familiar with a local plumber but I picked him because I had heard of him and then when I saw him on Angie's List, I immediately picked him. I used a coupon and was so happy that I did. They gave me options and I can't speak highly enough of them.

I had another plumbing company out to repair this faucet in February. They tightened it and it worked fine for awhile, but then started leaking again. I called Dana Hoagland and he directed me to Pipeline Supply to pick out a new faucet, which we did. We ordered one that was in stock as the leak was making watermarks on our countertop and we wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Dana was able to install within a couple of days. He was very professional. He was running a little late so called me to let me know, which was fine. It was only a few minutes anyway. He explained what was wrong with the other faucet and put this one in and it looks great! I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. He was referred to us by someone we do business with and I immediately looked him up on Angie's List. He did some work at our little office building as well. Fixed a problem that other plumbers were not able to do and also installed a new toilet in our men's bathroom. Same experience ... polite, professional and hard working.

Fast estimate, fast service, great job.

Dana called back within 20 minutes, said he could come, but was emergency installing a water heater, so it would be very late. He said he would give me a courtesy call, which he did about 10:30pm. He arrived at 11pm, quickly replaced the nipple and charged $85 instead of the usual $145 since (he said) he didn't spend much time and I had been so patient! Great customer service unheard of with plumbers. The other two Angie's List plumbers I called who list Emergency Services have yet to call back 18 hours later.

We're seasoned remodelers, having done extensive remodeling to two mid-century homes. Working with Dana Hoagland Plumbing has been the most positive experience we've had with ANY subcontractor. They do excellent work at fair prices and are all around professionals. We will certainly use their services again.

The plumber was very friendly, took time to answer any of our questions, and did a great job. Extremely satisfied with the service and value, would definitely recommend.

Dana came out on a Saturday to do the work. He was prompt, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

Overall, I had an excellent experience. My husband and a friend had cut a hole in our ceiling to determine where the water leak was coming from so I called on Dana Hoagland Plumbing to do the repairs. I had just had another plumber out the week prior to repair a cartridge in my kids shower so I could have just called them back to do this job. But, I was worried that this repair was going to be a bigger issue and I wanted to make sure I had a reputable company do the work. I'm so glad I took the time to look up plumbers on Angie's List and that I found Dana Hoagland Plumbing. Dana worked me into his busy schedule as I was located between two job sites. He confirmed where the leak was coming from and identified why the leak may have started (improper installation when the home was built due to location of pipes) then told me how it needed to be fixed. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it before he did anything, which I appreciated. He didn't have the parts to make the repair so he made a run to a hardware store, returned and made the repair. While he was here I asked him a few questions about other plumbing/drain issues we were having and he even helped me unclog my kitchen drain. He was so nice and patient and professional. As stressful as home repairs/issues can be, it's nice to know there are "good guys" out there that you can trust to hire for the job. I will very likely call Dana Hoagland Plumbing in the future if/when the need arises.

Dana came on Sunday because I had fallen in the shower and had broken my faucet. The broken faucet was leaking into the room below. He worked very diligently, even having to cut through our adjacent wall because the remodelers had not left an access to the plumbing. He was VERY professional, VERY personable, and VERY qualified. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing a professional, proficient plumber.

He was fast, professional, friendly and his work was excellent.
