Everyone I talked to at the office was very nice. Dana was very nice and was here between three and one-half and three and three-quarter hours. I was very pleased with all his hard work. He did a very professional job and it was nice of him to take on the extra job of installing the new laundry tub. The new brass/gold laundry faucet and laundry tub is a great improvement. He did give me choices for the laundry faucet and explained the differences in them. Supplies were $100 and he gave me 10% off the labor with the Angie's coupon.

OUTSTANDING service! Mr. Dana Hoagland (Dana Hoagland Plumbing Inc.) was professional, friendly and courteous. He was able to respond to my emergency call in the evening, after hours (HE actually answered the phone-not a service) and was able to respond to my bathroom radiator leak within an hour (saved my kitchen ceiling for sure)! He charged an extremely reasonable and fair price. He followed up by showing me some basic do's and don'ts when it comes to using and learning about my 100 year old house heating system. It isn't often one is provided such quality and personable service, this was worthy of getting a good word out there to folks who need a great plumber in the Twin Cities area! Our service call was taken by Matt, Dana's scheduler. Matt was pleasant, professional, and customer-centered. He said that Dana was pretty well booked, but had a job the next day near our house. Matt said he'd see if Dana would be willing to come by our house after the other job, probably around 5:30 PM. Dana arrived around 6:00 PM, took a look at the plumbing situation, and said he could fix it then and there. He was done in an hour, and charged a very reasonable price. Like Matt, Dana was pleasant, professional, and customer-centered -- so much so, that I asked him to do two other jobs (one a pretty large one) when he could squeeze them in. I was pleased enough with Dana that I don't even plan to get other quotes. All in all, I heartily recommend Dana.

Everything went very well. I was impressed with their determination to get the job done so quickly. I appreciate their resolve to finished the project soon after I requested needed repair.

I highly recommend Dana Hoaglund Plumbing. I discovered my kitchen sink was leaking on Friday night. Called several plumbers and left messages. Dana returned my call within the hour. He was very courteous over the phone and we both agreed the issue could wait til Saturday AM for him to come out and take a look. He came over first thing Saturday AM, took a look at my sink, showed me what the problem was and promptly fixed it. Dana was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, friendly, professional and efficient. I'll definitely be putting this company in my contact list for future use.

We purchased a new kitchen sink faucet and ran into some difficulties installing it. We called Dana's plumbing and he answered immediately. Even though it was after 3:00 p.m. when we called, Dana said he would still get to us if we didn't mind that it would be in the evening. He called later to say he would be at our house at 8:09, and he was! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick and thorough. He needed to do some custom retrofitting and had all the right materials handy. We exchanged family stories while he worked and when the time came to pay him, he gave us an Angie's List discount and first time customer discount! We will definitely use Dana again and highly recommend him.

We noticed our water heater went out at 11:30 on Thursday night. Friday morning I started calling plumbers to have it replaced and everyone who called back said it couldn't be done until Monday or Tuesday, that's a long time without hot water! Around 4 PM I called Dana's and the person who answered the phone said Dana was already on a job but he would check with him. They called back and said if I had the heater ( it was too late in the day for them to get one ) Dana would come out after he was done with the other job and install it. I hurried to Shakopee to pick one up and on my way home Dana called me and said he was on his way. This was Friday night and he installed the heater and replaced a water valve for us, it was 8:15 when he was all done. We were so grateful and impressed that he worked that late AND didn't charge us extra for the late hour. I definitely will call him again and recommend him to my friends!

Called and spoke with Dana regarding need for gas dryer hook up. My timing was very short - needed it done 2 days from the day I called. Dana indicated he could get it done within my timeframe. He gave me a price that was very reasonable (and less than others I had spoke with earlier). Jake was the individual who came out and completed my gas line hook up. I could not be happier with his work, his attitude, and his skills. He made sure the dryer was working fine, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect, including using metal tape to seal up my dryer venting (something I had not asked for; he simply did it to make my situation right!). Jake also helped me also with reconnecting my new washer and making sure there were no leaks, which was not part of what I hired them for but he did it for me anyway (I had to disconnect and move the washer so he could get to the dryer - very tight built-in area). I would strongly recommend this family owned business! You can really tell they care based on how they responded to my first call, and how they responded when they showed up and completed the work!

Dana Hoaglund was very punctual. The piping under our laundry tub were leaking pretty badly. He did a quality job in replacing our old plumbing. We were pleased with everything. He is just a very nice, ethical man and we will be calling him in the future for any plumbing problems.

Luke was excellent. Prompt, professional, and a good guy all around. He got right to work and explained things he needed to do to fix the problem as he went along. I felt like I had a good handle on things he was doing while he worked. They fixed all of my issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to a friend or family member. A plus.

Dana and his company worked very hard to get us in last minute. Receptionist was very kind and responded to my calls in a timely manner. Dana himself came out for same day service. Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy. Was willing to look at a few other plumbing concerns of mine while he was there and provide recommendations.

Dana came the same day we called. He worked us into his schedule at the last minute. He quickly diagnosed the problem under our sink and repaired the leak. Because the problem may have been caused by the original installation, he also checked under 2 bathroom sinks and the laundry room sink. This led some some more minor repair work. He was efficient and easy to work with. This is the second time we've used this company, and we'll do so again.

Great service - from the woman who answered the phone to the plumber himself. Quick, clean, courteous. Clearly interested in and good at providing great customer service. I can't asked for more. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again myself.

While visiting an elderly aunt who lives alone, my investigation into a mysterious puddle of water in her basement led to discovery of a major leak in an old lead pipe coming from her kitchen drain on the floor above. We called this firm around 9 am, the woman on the phone was very pleasant and promised someone would be out early that same afternoon. She also volunteered information about a coupon eligibility for first time customers. The plumber called at noon to say he was on the way and showed up at 12:30. By 2 pm he had not only replaced the defective pipe but also discovered and fixed two leaky faucets to the washer. My aunt was prepared to pay for him to clean the basement drain too, but he fixed that with a simple cleaning of the drain cover plate. He was careful to clean quite well around his work area. After having a bad experience with a previous plumber, my aunt was thrilled! And since I live hundreds of miles away, I'm happy we know who to call if she has any more plumbing problems!

The backyard faucet was leaking. My husband tried replacing the exterior parts but it became clear that the problem was bigger than that. Hoagland plumbers quickly returned my call and scheduled a visit. When Jake inspected the faucet he realized he would have to access the repair from inside the wall. Our house is big, and has lots of rooms--I couldn't believe it when Jake figured out how to access that faucet by making a small hole in the ceiling of a basement closet. The new faucet/pipe work beautifully. Jake also took time to point out some potential future problems which we decided not to repair at this time. Overall we were incredibly pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work performed and would highly recommend Hoagland Plumbing.

Dana was really nice to work with, and he certainly knows his business. Our gas dryer had been pushed back against the wall and crimped the brass intake tubing. Dana replaced the damaged section and also installed a heavier-duty fitting. He also fixed the exhaust venting which had become loose over the years, so now everything is ship-shape. We'll definitely call Dana the next time we have plumbing needs.

When I called him he said he could come right away. They came out a couple days later, amazing communication, price was great, very quick and efficient, pleasant and it was a great experience.

He was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. i think the drain was a little different than I have ever seen before. Wierd finishing of a floor. He moved where the drain hole originally was... And moved it closer to the furnace The angle of the pipes are a little off in that water did back up after 1 year. Had to call in rotor rooter to ensure back up issue was not going to occur again. Would i call again.... Yes.. I would just watch the job a little closer... Not just come in when the cement was already laid and dried.

In the words of my husband "it was the best plumbing experience I've ever had." Luke's character and proficiency was self evident before and during the service call. In the words of Luke "you are just an educated client." That was his response to me when my husband felt compelled to let Luke know that I was stalking him on angie's list and google trying to figure out if he was legit or not. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns not just about the job at hand. He also shared very helpful advice with us for when we move into a single-family home. That will help us avoid issues when we find our next house. I would definitely trust Luke again with plumbing issues.

I think I just found my new plumber. Jake was great - punctual, friendly, competent. The drain in our shower was draining slowly, and since our house was built in the 50's it had an old-style 'drum' trap instead of the modern P trap. Before the job we were thinking that we'd have to replace the drum trap, but before doing so Jake decided to clean it out through the drain and was able to get it working like new. He told us that he could go ahead and replace the trap if we wanted, but it appeared to be in great condition and was now working as well as a new trap would. This saved us a few hours of labor cost!!! Also, he let us know that the Moen shower valve cartridge that he replaced has a lifetime warranty, and that Moen would refund the cost of the new cartridge! All in all it was an excellent experience. Thanks Jake.

It went great. Luke was professional, knowledgable and just an all around good person. He took time to make my dog comfortable, took his shoes off in the house, and was very quick in efficient in doing his work.

Excellent. He explainded everything to me. He did an excellent job. He is a very kind, good person. He came over last minute. I will call him whenever I need a plumber.
