Ok but mother board was out for the cost to repair decided to buy a new one.

Workmanship was superb! Very friendly, clean & knowledgeable!

We called and Chad came out on the day we chose (1/23/18). We had purchased a small refrigerator at Costco to use during repair time. He realized right away that we needed a new compressor and said this has been a common problem with this particular batch of LG refrigerators. Material within the system was deteriorating and causing the compressor to fail. Their company had successfully dealt with several fridges with this problem. We emailed proof of purchase to the company and they ordered the compressor for us, which was still under warranty. We had to wait for LG to ship it to D & T, which took a few weeks. Once it arrived, we chose the date (2/13/18) and Chad came out and replaced the compressor. He checked carefully for leaks and pressure holding. He worked quickly and professionally, and gave us adequate time to clean behind our refrigerator, which sits in a tight area next to our back door. He had to remove the fridge doors in order for us to pull out the refrigerator. He checked that the fridge was still level. He suggested we put bowls of water in overnight to let the fridge have something to cool and wait until morning to fill up the fridge with food (in the rare case there was still a problem). Everything went smoothly and we are thrilled to have our refrigerator working better than originally. We were only charged for labor ($99.95 for initial visit and $360 for installation labor, which was a set fee. Ours took a fair amount of time. He gave us advance notice before his arrival and was punctual.

It went great. I called D&T and Erik called me back quickly. We played a bit of phone tag but when we finally connected voice-to-voice, he recommended that I try one thing that may negate the need for his team to come out. It worked. Next time I need a repair done, I'm calling D&T.

Fine. I may have the oven floor replaced but postponed that decision to after the holidays. That's when actual work maybe done.

The original person who came out said because they had to order it we needed to wait a few weeks (which is fine, but they overcharged us - over 400 dollars for a replacement igniter?) When the part came, a different repair person came (who was very nice) and fixed it in a matter of minutes. So it was not a difficult repair, but the original person really hiked up the price, saying they might have to drill it out. Whatever. I won't be using them again.

Repairman showed up on time, did the repair quickly, and helped with a few minor adjustments to the door.

The service was good. The repairman was professional and cleaned up the area around the dryer when the repair was completed. The price quoted to me did not include the trip charge or labor charge so I was a little surprised with the final bill. To replace the dryer drum was very expensive.

Dishwasher was cleaned and closure fixed good job, honest people

It took quite a while to figure out what the problem was. The main motor was the cause of all the problems. The motor seems to get weaker over time and since the motor wasn't burned out, it made it difficult to diagnose. All in all the machine came back working very well.

Repair person did a prompt and efficient repair.

Travis was on time, figure out what was wrong which was a sensor and fixed the problem. On his way out we asked him to take a look at a cooling drawer in our refrigerator - he figured out what was wrong, ordered the part and it has also been fixed. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

Jay did a great job. Diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher in minutes, fixed it, and then showed me how to keep the strainers clean to avoid future problems. Also diagnosed the problem with my fridge and confirmed my suspicion that I need a new fridge. Called ahead, showed up on time, explained everything clearly to me, and very professional. Will definitely call again.

The repairman was extremely nice and the dishwasher is working well! Only downside was it was hard to get on their schedule...were without a dishwasher for 2 weeks. However we'd use this company again.

good, required two trips and ordering of parts. They were able to complete the second half of the repair on a Saturday which was convenient.

Erik told me that D & T does not service Samsung refrigerators, even though their website and other online advertising says they do. Told me to contact Samsung. His response was rude. Will not recommend this company.

Technician diagnosed, offered a couple of theories. We tried the cheaper solution first (the one he suspected) and it has been working fine since.

Super easy, great to work with, knowledgeable, and got the job done right the first time.

A technician came out and reset something and it worked for one load. He came back for no extra charge and found that it had a bad rotor. He had to order the part and when it was available, he came back and installed it. The washer works now, but has a little more vibration than it did before. Not a real big deal. We just have to re position the washer after a few loads. The repair was a lot less than purchasing a new machine.
