Description of Work: We had to replace a valve in our washer. They charge $99.00 just to come and give an evaluation, though they were up front when I called. They do not fix it the same day and they needed to order a part. They said they would call when it came in and then set up an appointment. It took three weeks and I finally called, the receptionist asked if I wanted an appointment? She was going to give me an appointment the following week, when I told her I would be out of town and did not want to go to the laundromat another time. Then she gave me an appt. for the same day! Then the service man forgot to come,was very apologetic sincere,and accommodating, and we arranged for him to come early the next morning. He was prompt then and it only took a few minutes to fix it. They were not terrible. He fixed what had to be fixed,and I am sure some of the mix up was the last minute addition to the repair man's schedule. I just thought the price was high and the wait was long.

Description of Work: came out to repair controls on wall oven. oven was too old and parts are no longer available. we discussed options for a replacement and he even helped me search online for one that would fit.

Description of Work: They changed a fuse so that our dryer worked again

Description of Work: They had to change water pump on an 18 month old washing machine, only six months out of warranty. According to the repairman, this is a common repair. However, they had to order the part and install it a week later. I would have been absolutely delighted if they had this frequently replaced item in their truck. It would have saved us both an extra trip. The repairman was very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this pump.

Description of Work: Joe arrived promptly after calling ahead to confirm appointment. He dianosed and fixed my 30 year old Maytag dryer in about 20 minutes, and had the part in his truck. A little expensive but effective.

Description of Work: Thermostat on my sauna went out. I told them the issue and they immoderately where able to help me and get me the part I needed. They had it in stock, and told me how to replace it. Everything went as they said.
