Very professional company right from the beginning. The person who booked my appointment was very friendly and helpful. The person who came out to do the service, Andre, was very punctual and gave me a courtesy call when he was 10 minutes away. He was very professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He explained the repairs to me in terms I could understand. I feel the cost was very fair. I will definitely used this service again and recommend them to friends.

This is the second time I have had D & T perform service for us, first time for the stove top. Another company had been out multiple times, and couldn't get it fixed. Had D & T come out, fixed in 20 minutes. Something just needed to be cleaned. Also took a look at my ice maker on the refridgerator, and fixed that quick. Awesome service, knowledgeable, quick, on time. Can not be happier

D&T Appliance Repair was responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, meticulous and demonstrated outstanding customer service. I have already recommended the company to others.

The service technician came out same day and diagnosed the problem. He was friendly and informative. Unfortunately, the problem was a failing control board on an aging range, and we decided the cost of replacement parts was cost prohibitive. This is the second time we used this company. The first time was for a leak in the ice maker of the refrigerator. They had the part, fixed it, and were quite professional. Will use this company next time we need appliance service.

Technician was on time and very professional. Did a full check and explained in terms I could understand what was wrong (a lot) with the refrigerator, provided a rough estimate of repairs and why in his opinion repairing would be cost prohibitive. Was open to provide detail estimate If I wanted to move forward. Great experience overall.

Excellent! Chad arrived quickly as water was leaking down my kitchen wall. Chad repaired the water line. Problem solved.

Jeff explained the problem we were having and how it would be repaired. He completed a complete sealed system repair in our home. The new compressor is so quite now you cannot tell if the refrigerator is running. The repair was completed very quickly after the parts arrived from LG. The B grade for responsiveness was due to it taking 6 days to get the parts from LG (2 weekend days included in the 6).

Work was done find,,I guess but he didn't give me a receipt.Had nothing to give me about the problem ,costs or warranty.Yet had to have the check right then.He said they would mail the information.Have not received it..I paid 261 .00$

Excellent. Quoting/scheduling was quick, convenient, and the scheduler was knowledgeable about the time needed and complexity of the repair. Repair person texted when en route, arrived on time, performed the repair skillfully and efficiently. Great overall experience.

Technician was on time, got to work and fixed it.

Chad checked both ovens of my electric double ovens, and determined the temperature sensor in one oven was shot. He ordered a new one, came back and put it in, and everything works as it should now. He also taught me how to calibrate the temperature, and how to change from F to C and back (which is handy for recipes from the UK). Very responsive, professional, and competent.

The staff was respectful and answered all my questions.

Justin was very courteous and thorough in completing the work. We were his last service call on a Friday afternoon and he stayed late to complete the repair. The dryer runs like new! I would definitely recommend D&T Appliance Services!

I paid 99.99 to have him tell me that it would cost more to repair than to replace. I would have thought that if he had talked to me on the phone about what was going on it would have saved a service call. All he did was plug it in and immediately unplug saying it was the magnitron.

Wonderful experience with D&T Appliance. I was able to arrange an appointment next day and our washer was fixed quickly and professionally. I will definitely rely on D&T Appliance for future needs.

J the repair man, was professional and very good at what he did. He showed me an area in my dryer that I was unaware of that collected lent. In the future I’ll be able to clean it myself. This is a good thing. Well cleaning my trailer today took great care to dispose of any mess that came out of the dryer and he left it there and clean .

Time block was 10am-2pm Tuesday, Jeff called at 1:50 or so to say he was on his way. He arrived at 2:15 and got right to work. His initial thought was a frozen condenser but soon found that the evaporator motor was fried. He did not have one on his truck so he offered to order one, about a two week turn around, a long time for a family of five to be without refrigeration. He told me of a place near to our house that stocks that motor and if I was willing to go buy the motor, he would squeeze me in at the end of his day that Friday, still long but better. He then took the time to show me how to install the motor. The reader digest version is that I went out and bought it that afternoon, installed it that evening and have cold food and ice today. In the process he saved me over $150.00 and gave me an education. I will be using them again and feel confident in recommending.

Both were ultimately fixed, although we needed to wait over a week for a new part. The part was available with a day or two, but then needed to schedule a second appointment, which took more than a week. We were told that the second appointment would only take a few minutes, so it was disappointing to wait that long, with an empty fridge. We had hoped that a quick fix could have been squeezed in sooner. That being said, the technician was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The ice maker and water dispenser have been working well since the fix. Other than the scheduling gap, everything was great.

Need to replace dryer - repair on 20 yr old appliance not worth it

It went well. The repairman was very efficient and helpful. He went above and beyond.

He didn't have the part on his truck for an old dryer so I had to wait for the repair. No big deal. He was very nice and did the work quickly.
