I called and asked for a service visit. The person at the other end of line was very nice but I was not pleased at all when he asked for my credit card number during the phone call. Couldn't he come to my house, then ask for the credit number? Is that asking too much? I decided not to use their service.

On time, neat, courteous, and VERY knowledgable. Highly recommend these folks.

Appliance repair was good to schedule, prompt, provided reminder call, and were professional. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix 6 year old wall oven today, and instead suggested extensive repairs with "hard-to-get" parts (the manufacturer says parts are readily available.). On a previous visit, did not fix the frost-free refrigerator that was not frost-free, but provided enough information so I took it apart and fixed it myself. Will try another vendor.

Called for an appointment, they were booked one week out. Okay, well, let's make an appointment. Repair person came out, good person, very presentable, articulate, and efficient. Diagnosed the repair, $400 including labor, the $100 trip cost can be applied to the labor. Great. Repair person recommended a new machine, given the cost of fixing the old is equal to buying a new one. Good advice. So, I bought a new dishwasher, to find out they don't install them. So, what, I can't use the $100 trip charge towards any labor?? Would have been nice to know this up front - which cost another $200 to hire another plumber... I probably can't afford to use a plumbing group that has limited scope, and turns my jobs down and keeps the $100 trip charge.

D & T Appliance Service was lovely. They were wonderful and it took the guy about 15 minutes to diagnose so they ordered the part, came back and put it in. All is well, mt refrigerator runs nicely. I imagine he is comparable than everybody else. Their punctuality was lovely. They were very accommodating with last minute requests, I called them that morning and basically said "this light is blinking, I need somebody here quickly before I use the refrigerator for our food." They said "not a problem," they'll put me in a "will call" list if there's a cancellation, the man called me back 10 minutes later.

Scheduled service for next day after call. Accommodated my time-of-day scheduling needs. Service was performed promptly, and a good explanation was provided.

Very responsive, pleasant and postive in the diagnosis of the program. Found a sock in the drain pump. It had burnt out the pump. He was hoping it was something easy and cheap to fix. I had to give credit card for them to come out for the service call/diagnosic call. $95. That amount was deducted from the remainder of the cost of the repair/part that was ordered. It took a few days for the part to come in and he was proactive to set up an appointment the following week so I would not be without a washing machine any longer than I needed to. The cost was not by time but by the job. All went well and I was pleased.

The service guy came and diagnosed the problem with the under-the-counter refrigerator. The cooling unit was bad, as we suspected, and the replacement part plus labor would have been horrendously expensive, so we declined to have anything more done. We're down one refrigerator (we have 2 under-the-counter refrigerators instead of a regular refrigerator) and getting by with 5 cubic feet of refrigerator space for 5 people. The under-the-counter refrigerators apparently do not have a long life (10-12 years he said) and they happen to cost $1200-$1500 new.

I had numerous issues with my Fridge. I had purchased an extended warranty and had to have 6-7 service calls from 2 other appliance repair places. I am so happy I found D & T. The repair man, Al was very patient and went out of his way to make sure I received a replacement fridge. He had to make several calls to the extended warranty people on my behalf & come back to my to do extra testing. He really went he extra mile for me & I highly recommend them to everyone. SUPER GOOD company!

They were extremely professional and even discounted their labor when it took longer than expected, sticking to their estimate. They were not the fastest but did very good work. I would recommend them.

The representative was very professional and got our washing machine working without further parts or expense. The belt had slipped off so he just put it back on again. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes start to finish and we had a working washing machine again.

D & T Appliance Service got everything fixed for us and we were very happy with their service.

Our washer had stopped working at the spin cycle. So we were unable to complete a full wash cycle. Once the motor was replaced, we haven't had an issue since. Washer works great now.

It went very well. They were responsive and arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and professional. They checked to make sure everything was operating before they left.

The service tech told us the wiring was dangerous to use because our oven would not shut off. No parts were available due to the age of the oven. We needed to replace it.

Appointment scheduled, repairman arrived and assessed and resolved problem with dishwasher. I'm referring them to my parents for a dishwasher repair.

the cause of the oven not working was diagnosed quickly and correctly. Parts needed to be ordered. Same for the microwave. As soon as part for oven came they returned and installed the part. Microwave part took some time to arrive but when it did they returned again, at no added cost, and installed. All is working well.

The problem was accurately assessed and required ordering a part (door switch) which arrived in just a few days. Brent did a great job and was able to efficiently correct the lack of heat without having to replace any other parts. Very pleased with everything!

Repair and service went great. This company and technician were very professional.

Technician performed repairs on Frigidaire front load washer and dryer. He did a great job. I have a huge problem with being given a 4 hour window for a service company. It kills half of your day. Clearly D & T's customer service model is set up for the copamny's convenience not for the customer's. For the repair on the washing machine, D & T did not have the part in stock so I had to make another appointment with a second four hour window. This is a ridiculous business practice. I complained to the person setting up the appointment that I would have to wairt for a second four hour window. She didn't get it. D & T did perform the repair but I think I will find a new repair company that is mopre respectful of its customers' time.

Call on a Monday. Steve came on Wednesday and determined that the dishwasher needed a new computer board. Steve order the part and came back on Friday and installed the new board. It is great having our dishwasher up and running so quickly. Steve did a great job and is very personable. We would use this company again.

Called for repair of my washing machine. The door lock on my front loading washer wouldn't disengage and the clothes inside were only slightly damp. The available appointments were at least a week out. Tech arrived on time and did repair work. He cleaned out a drain and replaced the door lock. The total bill was just over $350.00 After he left I did another load of laundry and the same problem occurred. I called and was told I would need to schedule another appointment - a week out. Once back again, the tech ran a diagnostic test on the washer and found the problem was the control panel. The estimate was another $350.00. I was surprised a 3 year old machine would have so many issues and questioned why that diagnostic test wasn't run the first time around. Also I stated my frustration that I had paid for a repair that was seemingly unnecessary and didn't correct the problem. This was not addressed by the tech. I scheduled the appointment to have them do the additional repair. D and T then called me to let me know they didn't have the part that was needed for the repair. They also said they couldn't get it from GE. So now 3 months later I'm back on Angie's List to find another appliance repair place.
