The technician arrived about a half hour late, but the wait was worth it. Samuel was very knowlegeable and worked quickly without making me feel like he wasn't doing a good job. The only propblem he found with my working water softener was the timer, which he corrected. Sometimes the water softener was regenerating when I was using water, and so it would shut down. Samuel then showed me how to update the timer if I needed to (like if the power goes out or to adjust to daylightsavings time). He answered my questions, and I feel like I know more about the water in my home and how the water softener is supposed to work. I think my itchy skin issues has more to do with the weather and my bathroom soap than whether the water was soft or not.

The young man who came here was very good. He checked he unit and put in some salt. The service was fine.

The filter was installed with a shoddy valve and leaked all over our kitchen floor one day. Ecowater has been OK outside of the shoddy valve that they installed, I'm not sure I would recommend them though. We had to have a plumber come in on the weekend to fix it and it costed a lot. Ecowater came in to replace the valve with a different one and charged us $75. The manager wasn't particularitly nice on the phione about it since we had a plumber come in to work on it before use.

Samuel showed up promptly, explained in detail what would be done and started the installation, at one point Larry stopped by also to assist. The work was done promptly and professionally, Samuel explained everything very thoroughly, answered every question (and some we hadn't thought of) . Clean up was very thorough. Overall a very positive experience. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I called based on the recommendation from Angie's List. I talked to Larry, he told me what he thought the problem would be based on my description. I scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time and was very professional. He checked everything out. I had too much water in the system (I put too much in the canister after I cleaned it). I bailed the water out, Larry ran a system check and assured me that it would work now. I was happy and will call again. (Especially since he put a sticker for his service on the top of my water softener.)

The over all experience was great. They gave us a price and got the work done on time. They cleaned up after them selves and are very professional on the job.

I requested service on Saturday and they responded to my home on the following Monday. Larry explained what the problem was and fixed it for me. He was friendly and I would call them again. I was pleased with the service.

We are very pleased with the quality of our water. It tastes fine. The systems functions great with no fuss. We love it. The installers were great. They spent a good amount of time on our system. When they left, it was working and they cleaned any mess up that they caused. We have recommended them and would use them again if we ever needed a new one in the future.

Our water softener is quite old. He was able to bypass the system and get it to work again but said this was probably the last time we could get it fixed as there were no longer parts. He was on time, friendly, and really seemed to know what he was doing. We were thrilled we didn't have to buy a new one at this time.
