As such we're an organization that prides ourselves on our commitment to service to our property owners. CEPCO Management maintains and enhances the profitability of properties by focusing on strong occupancy, controlled spending and positive resident relationships. We are proud of our 100% rural housing compliance rating with Minnesota Housing Authority, USDA Rural Development and HUD for over 28 years. We also have less then 5% total vacancy for all of the properties we manage.
