arrived on time. very pleasant and cheerful crew. gave an estimate after eyeballing the amount of stuff. very careful to not touch the walls or doorways when they passed through with the junk. swept up afterwards. quick and efficient.

It was excellent. They showed up on time and were very polite and helpful. It was great. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Due to physical problems it is difficult (and ill-advised) for me to move even small items of furniture, especially up or down a flight of stairs. I had a bookcase, stereo and stand and some miscellanous smaller items that I wanted removed from my house. Most of the items were on the second floor so I did not even consider trying to move them myself. I had heard of 1-800-Got-Junk. I checked their history on Angie's List and at the Better Business bureau web-site. I also checked the "Got-Junk" web site to get an idea of pricing. I decided they were a good choice for me. I scheduled the pick up at the 1-800-Got-Junk web site. It was quick and easy. I received confirmation e-mails from the company. The e-mail said I would be called within 30 minutes of the beginning of the two hour pick up window. I got that call from the pick- up team, who gave me a more exact time. This phone call narrowing down the arrival time is one of my favorite features of this service. The two-person team arrived a few minutes before the estimated time (fine with me!). I showed them the items to be removed and was given an estimate. I agreed to the price. The removal was done carefully and efficiently. The team was professional and friendly. While the cost may seem high, I don't believe it is. I could not have moved these items myself. Even if a neighbor or friend had moved the items, there would have been an extra charge from my regular trash hauler to pick them up. I am very pleased with the value and service from this vendor.

I made my appointment on-line in the morning on a Saturday and was given a 2 hr window for pickup that same day. I got a call about an hour before my pickup window saying they were running about an hour behind. They were very polite on the phone. Upon arrival they explained their pricing structure (which is based on how much space your junk takes up in their truck) and loaded the stuff very quickly. Both guys were nice and personable. It seems a little pricey but worth it to me as it would take me all day to rent a truck to haul it myself. This way it was done in about 10 minutes.

It went very well. We called and got information on how they charge on the phone, set up an appointment for our stuff to be picked up, and were told that on the morning of the scheduled pickup we would get a call telling us when, in the 2 hour window, the truck would arrive. We were also told the 2 fellows would give us a real estimate of the charges before loading their truck. They called that morning and told us when they would be at our house. The two fellows who arrived with the truck were pleasant, friendly, and professional. They told us how much they thought our load would cost and, after receiving our okay, loaded it very expeditiously. We were very pleased with the service, the fellows that performed it, the price (not as expensive as we thought it would be), the call preceding the pickup giving us a more exact time of arrival, and the fact we could put it on a credit card. It was all good - we have no complaints and will use them again in the future.

They knew exactly what I wanted taken away, and also made sure to donate several pieces that I had gotten rid of whenever possible. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they honored my coupon as well. They are very responsive and punctual. I have been very happy with them and will continue to use them.

It was super easy to make arrangements online on a Sunday night for pickup the next day. They called on Monday to see if we were available earlier than scheduled. Since we were, we met them at the designated time (they were early). They were super professional and fast at loading the material into the truck and hauling it away. And they appreciated our new puppy, which always makes us like people more.

I originally called to get an estimate on the cost. I was told the drivers could come by to assess the amount and if I thought it was too much they would not take the items nor would they charge me. The appointment was made within a day or two of my call. There were two workers on the truck and they were very professional and pleasant. The work was done very quickly and thoroughly. It is such a pleasure to work with people who have such good personalities. Both the work and customer service deserve an A+. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends about them.
