 + -1 moreI contacted Joshua Parks about getting him to finish a project that was started by myself and my wife. The job that he and his crew did was outstanding. He and his crew were professional, hard working, and dedicated to the task at hand. I would use Joshua's services again if I needed something done to the house in the future. The only complaint I have is Joshua's response to phone calls. I contacted him approximately late September/early October and I would leave him messages that would not get a response back from him for 2 to 3 days and a couple of those phone calls were up to a week before he would get back to me. I understand that he was busy, but a prompt phone call back to a client on when the project would be started would be appreciated, that is why I graded him so badly on "Responsiveness" which is why he got what he did for an overall grade. Other than the one issue, he and his crew were commendable and I would use them again if I need any more construction work done.
Description of Work: Finished construction on front porch steps, railing, and small tile landing & rear deck steps, railing, and tiled patio.

Description of Work: Removed and Replaced the church roof. Completed and addition, remodeled our kitchen.

Description of Work: Josh and his crew replaced the roof and two skylights on my lake home. They were very clean and efficient. Josh was very responsive to my phone calls & texts. I will definitely hire them again.

 + 2 moreWe got two estimates to do the work that needed to be done. Joshua's estimate was lower so we hired him. Joshua reshingled a shed, caulked the house siding, ordered and installed a patio door, and built a deck. The one thing that we were really impressed with was Joshua's communication with us. He would call to let us know what they planned to get done that day, if they were going to be late, or if they weren't going to show because of the weather. He did excellent work and exceeded our expectations.

 + -1 moreMake sure you get a solid estimate. He said it was a range of about $200.00 but I wanted something very specific. It turned out to be $5.00 a square foot.
Description of Work: He installed porcelain tile on kitchen floor. He put down Hardy Board first- glued it down then used screws. He finished all the edges very well. I was vey pleased with the results.
