It was the coldest day of the year. -20 below and the furnace was broke. It just kept blowing cold air. Mand M came out. assessed the situation. There was something wrong with a sensor. He told me how to manually trip the furnace so it would cycle into heat, and set up a drain for the moisture, while he went to check to see if he had the part. He didn't have it but got one ordered, and had the piece replaced ASAP. Very courteous guy.

The previous owner had been billed for installation of a new furnace and venting. Maybe that happened sometime in the 1960's but not in this century. That company would not even come out and inspect the work we were being billed for. We called Mand M Heating, they came out at the time scheduled, estimated the work, ordered their supplies, came back at the scheduled time, removed the old furnace, installed new venting and the furnace, and charged a very reasonable price. Lower than the company that did not put in the new furnace but insisted on being paid for it. We used them to replace a outdated furnace in another home. Again, the work was flawless. I recommended them to the owner of a rental property in Hinckley. She was so pleased she is sending all her work to them. I won't call anyone else. Mand M Heating is the company to look for.
