Sears - Hometown

I called my Sears store and they were running these awesome specials but I didn’t buy then. When I went back in my salesman told me to wait because it was going to go on sale again. He also encouraged me to find an ad from another store because they would match it. I was able to use three specials so my accumulated savings were big. I got free shipping. He told me how to do that. I got a special where I could get free installation or I could take $150 off extra. That was another special. He encouraged me to take the $150. He gave me the option of using Sears for the install or he could give me the name of the installer and I could go directly to the installer. He wanted my business and he made it worth my while to work with them. Even when I bought my cook top he found ways for me to save money. They're very nice to work with, or at least my store in Hibbing. I think that store goes the extra mile. He told me how to shop around. I think what was unique was that he didn't try to stop me from looking at his competition. He put my interest in getting a good price ahead of being the one who sold it to me. In Hibbing they are accurate when the order. They got me the specifications. They had to do some checking, they researched in a very timely way. They offered me ways to save money. They came up with innovative ways to save money. They had reviews of products, both good and bad, on the Sears website. They seemed to be directing me to a product I would be happy with. Their website is very user friendly.
