The overall dealings with this company went very fast and smooth. In fact I remember getting "cold feet" at first because this was my very first (non-rental). I was nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable, Greg assured me what I was feeling was quite normal and he put me instantly at ease.
Description of Work: I have been searching for quite some time for a home to buy on a contract for deed. I continually visit craigslist and one evening I found a home listed through 1st Realty. In responding to the ad, I submitted a down payment offer and monthly terms. 1st Realty, submitted my offer and within one day my offer was accepted. My agent (Greg) prepared documents, gave me a second showing of the home, and got my closing date set all within one day. I closed on my home within two weeks of viewing it. I am completely satisfied with this realty company for their fast and friendly service. I would recommend this company to anyone whatever their home buying needs may be. In fact on the date of closing I had mentioned to Greg that I may be interested in seeing more homes on a contract for deed to possibly help my daughter get in to her own home and just a couple of days ago he sent me an email stating he had a few more available. Awesome team, Awesome job
