This was the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They skipped part of my lawn on multiple occasions, when called was rude like it was my fault. They ruined stuff while mowing and shoveling, made a big deal about replacing it And when finally did replaced with wrong product. Don’t hire if you want to job well done, or if at all.

The first few years, they were great, very conscientious and did an excellent job. But about a year ago there was a noticeable drop in the quality of the lawn care. The workers became very careless and didn't seem to care what kind of job they did. Sometimes they would skip entire sections of the lawn and it never looked very well groomed. I had to call and email numerous times to get them to trim the shrubs and, finally, they smashed the corner of our garage with the mower and I could not get them to come out to view the damage or take care of the repair. I think, as the company got bigger they weren't interested in keeping a small customer like our association. I would not recommend them.

I pay monthly. He has very reasonable prices. We are happy with his work. We have been using him for around 7 years.
