drain cleaning

Description of Work: I used Rabbit Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning Inc for plumbing services. I used them about two years ago when they unclogged our drain.

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreContractor arrived. Ran shower until it backed up to verify my complaint. Then he flushed the toilet while the shower drain was backed up. The resulting pressure caused another drain to overflow with sewage and caused the toilet to back up into the adjacent sewing room which was carpeted. He then removed a downstairs toilet and used a snake through the toilet drain to remove a small plug which was causing the problem. When he reinstalled the toilet he wasnt sure which size wax ring to use and wasnt sure that it had seated when he reinstalled it. He was here about one and one half hours and charged $285.00. I had to shampoo the carpet several times to remove the odor.
Description of Work: Shower drain was backed up. Drain was cleared with a snake.
