Tom does an amazing job. He's got a very good printing. Everybody calls for him and wants to make appointments with him.

Showed up quickly after hours on a weekend night and it was snowing. Took care of the problem right away. Good price and "Mike" was great to work with.

My AC is old and they kept it going. They are good.

They come out every six months. They bill me every month. They charge me $16.95 a month to be a member of their service. On the price, I don't know what other people charge. They have a schedule.

They do great work. They're actually associated with other companies, and all of their services have been great. We've used them for the last ten years. We have a maintenance plan with them. They come seasonally because we're on this maintenance plan.

Never, ever, would I go through one hour heating and pluming again. They come out and always offer a new air conditioning unit that cost $5000. Instead, I got a second opinion and its going to cost $800 for a new coil and he said my air conditioner should last for 20 years, not just 7 years old. Hate that company, one hour heating and pluming, they try to sell you new stuff and over price everything!!!!

My One Hour Air technician Tony couldn't have been nicer to this do-it-yourself senior citizen. He explained how all the controls on my 2-zone combined gas furnace/heat pump/air conditioner worked. He checked everything thoroughly, including tests with instruments. He explained the condition of everything, expected life, what I could do myself next, and what each thing would cost to do professionally. He spent 90 minutes with me for $89. Scheduling with Laura was quick and easy.

I was very pleased with the service I received. In selling my house I was asked to have the bathroom vent checked to make sure it was actually attached to the roof and not just being vented into my attic. The service provider did this for me without hesitation! He was very friendly, punctual, and helpful. Thank you for making this bizarre request easy on me!

the technician asked for a check for $59. we had obtained the service through Angies List. However my husband did not realize that we had already paid for the service. He gave him a check for $59. They are refunding the check, but it is annoying to have to wait for them to refund our money.

The service repair person was on time and very helpful. I have used their maintenance contract for an inspection of my furnace and plumbing.

I purchased a prepaid service through Angies list. This provider never responded or contacted me. I eventually hired someone else, and requested a refund.

One Hour Heating was fantastic from the very beginning. Everyone we have dealt with from sales, to installation, to appointments, to front desk is extremely professional and congenial. The sales person arrived on time and took over an hour to go over our wants and needs and explained all of the options. He gave us several options to choose from, and he actually did not push us towards the highest cost models. He made sure we were aware of all rebates available from the utility companies, as well as of any deals from the manufacturer. He informed us that we could pick any day for our installation, even the next day. For the first time, I actually enjoyed a sales experience. The installation guys called before coming, arrived on time, and made sure to wear booties and cover the floor and stairs with drop cloths. They were all very professional and polite. They cut all of pipes and metal to fit our existing ductwork and setup, instead of using a lot of tape to make things work together. Instead of using hosing that can harbor mold, they used a special kind of pvc pipe that won't mold. When installation was complete, the installer showed us how everything worked, and he even left us with a year's supply of filters. It was a very pleasant experience, which is not something you can say for every company.

Their 'comfort advisor', Mike, came to our home as a referral from my parents. He came after another HVAC company charged us for a service call and told us that the system needed nearly $2000 in work. We were concerned that a furnace replacement was necessary. Mike gave us a thorough explanation of what he thought should be done, but immediately scheduled their technician for a service call and inspection. It pays to get a second opinion. Tom was right on time, calling in advance to tell us he was on the way. When he arrived, he spent a couple of hours testing, checking, servicing, and ultimately informing us that all was needed was a capacitor: a very experienced and capable guy. We were relieved, delighted, and also signed up for their service plan. For us, it was a cost effective way to have a greater piece of mind as winter approaches. We have already scheduled the installation of a whole-house humidifier in anticipation of our first Minnesota winter. A professional team with a great service plan and support.

We decided to go with them because we needed to get it done quickly and knew that it was done right. I have used them before, but it was at my mother’s house. It was not at my own house. The worker was fine. He got the work done, but I felt like I was overcharged. I would consider using them in the future.

We used One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning last year since they installed the furnace in 2007 (we bought this home last year). Very happy with work done last year and just as happy this year. Our technician Brett showed up on time, was very polite, and answered all my questions. I was impressed that he wore covers on his shoes too. The area was spotless after he was done too. I mentioned I heard a very faint noise over the summer when the fan was running and that our air filter was always dirty every month. He checked the air vent with his camera to see how dirty it was since last cleaned. The vents looked pretty clean but the outside fresh air vent was the culprit to the extra dirt since it was venting directly into the furnace. An easy fix we were told about when we bought the house but were never told it was adding outside dust and dirt into the furnace, just cold air. He also found a piece of paper dating back to 2009 had somehow gotten in the area of the fan which possibly was causing the noise I heard. I will definitely continue to use One Hour Heating & Air.

Provider inspected the furnace replaced a part. Almost replaced a part not needed but discovred his machine was off. Tried to oversell a filter upgrade that was not needed.

He was alright. They did not do the thorough check that I thought they would do, but for what he did he did okay. He was here on time.

They were extremely on time. They advertised if they don't show up each minute they are late they pay $50 up to $500. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. He gave me the pros and cons. I asked him if the water softener could be fixed and he told me some could and some couldn't. He said my old one had probably reached it's life cycle and said he could look at it to see if there was a problem and why it had no been working. He was not pushy and said he would have to replace the unit because it was not replaceable. He said I could go anywhere and buy a water softener, but did tell he they had the following models. He said I could go to the big box retail stores to look for the softener. I wanted to get the project done all at one time. He said it would take about an hour-and-45 minutes and he was finished in an hour-and-a-half so were on schedule.

When the tech showed up he hand you a laminated brochure and gives you a robotic speech about everything he's gonna find wrong that is going to cost you money. This is a new car salesman approach to heating and air conditioning. I explained my a/c was not working so he first wants to inspect my heating unit. After finally looking at the a/c he goes to his little van and brings back a camera to show me what is wrong with my heater. I called about my a/c not working, 20 minutes later it would be in my best interest to consider replacing my heater. He was ably to show me a small "crack" that was inside the unit with is specialized camera that he had already taken the unit out of service for before ever getting the camera to look inside the unit. This was like taking your car in because the brakes are making a noise and being told your transmission might go out... You might consider buying a new car.... After I am now even hotter and very frustrated he said the unit will possible need refrigerant and that is a 301 charge for up to 3lbs plus the price of the service call. And there is a bunch of other over priced useless costly services you can purchase. They are fast and courteous in a robotic way. And sales oriented. I wanted my a/c fixed not a sales pitch.
