On Time Service Pros

Description of Work: We have had a service plan with them for about 5 +/- years so they service our heating/AC 2x per year. Tom is who we request. He is awesome and so friendly and professional. Goes beyond the call of duty. We had a emergency AC call on the 1st because our AC overheated and was out. The guy that came out was also very friendly and professional and very prompt thought we did choose the quick service option. I thought we would have to wait into the weekend since it was so hot this last weekend but they came out within 2 hours of my call! We had Jake come out on the 5th to quote us a new AC unit since ours is on the end of it's life 20+ Years. He is very friendly and very professional, however, we felt the price was quite high based on talking to a friend who does Heating and AC work in southern MN. Obviously the prices won't be the same up here but... Our friend agreed to drive up and help us out and since $ is tight we have to go with him.

Description of Work: They put in a new furnace for us.

Description of Work: Called to have them clean and tune-up furnace. They came right on time, very polite and friendly. While cleaning the furnace found a crack in the firebox and said we shouldn't use it, it could leak carbon monoxide. One of their salesmen came out in a couple of hours and gave us an estimate on a new furnace. Ours was getting old and we had almost replaced it the year before. Looking at the furnace again, they decided we could use it but should replace it as soon as possible. We did get two other estimates and ended up going with another company that had put in air and a heat pump the year before. O'Connor was very professional though and gave a good estimate. We went with the other company due to using them before and liking them. But would call O'Connor again and use them in the future also.
