I chose O'connor's mainly because I have had three or four people from their place out for repairs and they are always prompt, professional, and have always given me honest answers to my questions. My sales person was Jake, he was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I thought the pricing was a little high, and we were able to negotiate down some, but when it was all done I felt good about paying a little more for the purchase versus paying a little less and working with people I didn't like or trust. So overall I would say I am happy with the experience.

One Hour is a very polished operation. Explained products very well. All work was done as described in a timely way.

Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jake performed the estimate and provided great information about furnace efficiency ratings and educated me on the terminology. He did "steer" me toward an Amana unit (perhaps they get some sweetheart deal on those), but I was comfortable with that given the excellent warranty. After selecting a the furnace, the installer promptly arrived as promised and carefully covered every inch of his walk and work area (from the front door, down the stairs, and to the furnace. The old furnace was removed and disposed of and the new one was installed as I expected. Everything was cleaned up and the installer spent time with me to explain how the filtering system worked. A week after the install was complete, O'Conner's delivered a popcorn tin (caramel, cheese, plain) as a thank you. It was the best darn popcorn I've every had -- not the cheap stuff!

The furnace was not working in Feb. So we called them and they came and looked at it and it is 15 years old and we made the decision not to repair it and we decided to replace it. They hauled out the old one. They had the new one in within 24 hours. They had a guy come out that evening to go over what we wanted. Very good service.

They were offering a coupon for $44.50 for winter service and inspection. I was so upset with this company after they came out and gave me an estimate. They said there were major problems with my unit and I would need to replace then entire system. I wanted to get a second opinion from another company before I had them do the work. I received an 2nd opinion from another company that told me the unit was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it. My neighbor had the same exact experience with this company. Quite a few people in my neighborhood were being told the same exact thing. I find it hard to believe that so many people in my neighborhood needed to have their units replaced. This is more than just bad service. I was being conned into having a new unit installed when I really didn't need one.

It was a terrible- they were rude and wouldn't honor the warranty- or even give me the part that was under warranty. Once I had another plumber come out I realized they were going to up charge me $240 for this "warranty" service on a new water heater.

It was a good experience. Their service window was between 1 pm and 5 pm. A service representative called to say Jason was on his way and he arrived around 1:15 pm. He did have a wrong address, but I happened to check my mail and saw the service vehicle a couple of doors down the block. I waved him over. While he worked on the furnace, he had made a few trips for his equipment. I could understand this, because he had a lot of tools to work with. I asked a lot of questions, and he was knowledgeable and unperturbed. Jason finished within the one hour service time required and all is well. I would say the technician needs some better tools. He did use a toothbrush to do most of the dust cleaning. His nut driver was a little short for the job, so I lent him mine to help him along. This in no way hindered the service, but it would have been easier on his fingers.

On time and explained the problem and work needed to be done. Thought price was maybe a bit higher than other companies, but they came out within a few hours when others said it would be a day or two (in Feb.).

WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AS PROMISED. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. PROFESSIONAL TRUCK AND STAFF. SALESPERSON FOLLOWED UP AFTER THE INSTALL. STEVE OUR TECH IS GREAT AND COMES AROUND ON THEIR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM TO CHECK AND MAINTAIN SYSTEM TWICE A YEAR.

THE AC WENT OUT AT THE START OF THE SEASON. THE COMPANY WAS RECEIVING SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND THE TECHNICIAN COMMENTED THAT HE WAS WORKING LONG DAYS. EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMED TO BE A STRESSFUL TIME FOR THEM, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE. THEIR PRICES ARE FIXED AND NOT BASED ON AN HOURLY RATE.

VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO WORK WITH, AND THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER. THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD SUGGEST TO THEM IS THAT THE REPRESENTATIVES COULD BE MORE PUNCTUAL FOR APPOINTMENTS.
