Description of Work: Two years ago I gave my parents a gift of window washing via Groupon. I bought on for myself that was with a different company. Mine returned calls, and I got my money back. My parents were disappointed, they cleaners came with little equipment, my dad had to provide a ladder even. They pushed hard for a tip, making my parents uncomfortable. Last year, I went with friend's recommendations of Fine Shine as a gift for my parents. Asked over the phone if they solicit/expect tips. NEVER. Very responsive, respectful, timely, friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
