I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Everlasting Exteriors, Jim Davidson, and his entire crew. My husband and I found the company through an Angie's list "Big Deal" and Jim worked with us through every step of the process. He was prompt and professional during every interaction, and once we decided to proceed with the new roof he got our house on the calendar immediately. The crew showed up early on the day the work was supposed to start and were at work even before I left for my own office that morning! Jim and his team handled a couple surprises on the roof once the work started with total honestly and integrity. They found a section of the roof that no one knew had two layers of shingles and then found damaged boards that had to be ripped out and replaced in a section of the roof that we have had problems with since we bought the house in 2009. With each situtation, Jim contacted us and explained what had happened, what they were doing to correct the situation, and how it would be handled in the most economical fashion possible. The best part was that the crew worked for over 13 hours and completed our roof in one day, which was a relief since we had out of town guest coming for the Easter weekend. They returned the next day to complete the clean-up and it was the most thorough clean-up process a home owner could hope for. It was truly incredible how much time they spent cleaning every inch of our yard, driveway, patios, and deck to ensure that every nail had been found and removed and that any scrap of the old roof had been removed. They even blew off all our patios and a stone path leading to our front door to ensure they hadn't missed anything. Another member of the crew was on our deck wiping it down with a rag to ensure that no marks had been left by the roofing process. It was a fantastic clean-up. Bottom line, we were thrilled with the job that had been done. We plan to use Everlasting Exteriors again. In fact, they are putting together an estimate for us for a new backyard fence. Any homeowner will be thrilled with the work they will do for you and dealing with Jim is truly a pleasure.

I was in somewhat of a time crunch to replace the roof on my rental property and detached garage. After speaking with Jim, he was clearly knowledgeable and quoted a decent price. His team was very efficient and completed the job quickly. I wasn't there while the project was taking place but did see the roof upon completion and it looks great! They also cleaned up the yard nicely. Jim was great to work with!

This is one of the first times ever that I ever spent so much and felt so good about it. I owned my home for 5 years. Communication, price, and punctuality is way better than anyone I ever worked with. Price was 30% cheaper than any other quote I got. I get to watch them closely and see quality and craftsmanship on the home. There's 4 guys to work and somedays 5 including the owner of the company and they worked for over a week. For all the little stuff, they didn't nickel and dime me.I like that because it kept out budgets down. I get a lots of compliments from neighbors and family.

It went well. The workers were prompt and did a good job.

Answered our initial phone call very fast. Met with us the next day; had product information; helped pick our the material; gave us the price; gave us helpful information on product and installation. Gave us a date for installation. Asked to do the work a day early. Very nice, polite crew. Cleaned up and left our yard cleaner than he found it. Very polite gentleman! We would hire him again and highly reccomend him.

Due to Storm damage we needed the roofing and siding replaced. We obtained bids from 4 companies offering a wide array of products. We selected Everlasting Exteriors based on the quality of the products offered, color/style choices, rep's knowledge of the product and that the rep (Jim) was very nice to work with. Jim provided the bid when he promised and answered all of our questions. Once the weather forecast turned favorable Jim called me and started the project the next week. The project finished under the estimated time (4 days for siding and roof) and we couldn't be happier with the results and experience. The crew worked diligently every day and kept the yard clean. Jim was on-site most of the time ensuring that the project was progressing correctly and making sure we were happy. On the last day, they walked through everything with us and put back all the fixtures. I definitely recommend Everlasting Exteriors for price, for reliability and for RESULTS.
