We had a couple different estimates from other companies. We decided to go with Jim because of his reasonable prices and because he was a very nice person to work with. He always got back to us with a phone call or stopped by our house when we had questions or wanted to see sample of the gutter covers he used. Everything looks great. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. Very satisfied!

They were professional and efficient. They worked quickly and did a great job.

The footprint of the roof, including the overhang is about 2200 ft ^2. There was a window well cover damaged during the roof removal process. This was underneath the drop tarp placed around the entire house and garage. Someone may have walked on it without realizing it was there. This was old and I am planning on replacing it. The contractor provided the plywood at no cost to me and he did leave some OSI caulk with me in case I find anything that needs to be patched. I have not found anything as of now. The remote irrigation system water sensor attached to the old gutter disappeared. The contractor did order a new one and will personally install it. The roof replacement was completed in one day. The rest of the job took a little longer. The project did fall behind by one day day because of rain. A final inspection was conducted by both myself and the contractor. Aside from the little things that occured (I'm patient,) I found that one of the 3 exterior doors needs to have trim placed on the jam. The contractor will install this when the senor arrives. The cleanup job was well done; The crew even ran magnets over the grass and driveway to pickup any nails. I was even able to place of the trash from what I removed around the house - including old roof shingles inside of the garage - inside of the dumpster. All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I do trust that Everlasting Exteriors will stand behind their craftsmanship and will fix anything that I may find wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Everlasting as a roofing contractor.

We had trim fall off our house during the winter and contacted Everlasting Exteriors to replace it and add gutters to our home. They did a fantastic job! It looks beautiful. Jim did a great job with the estimate and keeping in touch with us as we set the date/time and worked to match our trim paint to the gutters. The installation guys were fabulous and very hard-working. We couldn't be happier. We felt the cost was very low compared to the amount of gutters we needed and a full days' work for the installers. Great job! We would use them again for any exterior work and definitely would recommend them to others with no hesitation.

We had our roof replaced by Everlasting Exteriors. They did a great job. The work was done on time and they were vary professional. They also did a good job cleaning up when they were through. Jim, the owner kept me informed on everything they were doing. He showed me pictures of the roof after the shingles were removed and then agian when the job was completed. I highly recommend Everlasting Exteriors for any of your exterior home needs.

Project went just as planned with no problems. The entire project was completed in one day. It was a cold windy day but they got everything done. I was not present during the day of the project. The house has some odd gables that made the project a bit less than straight forward. I was charged a fair, modest amount beyond the Big Deal price to deal with these oddities. Workers did a good job working around plants, fences, etc.. Pictures were taken during the project and left at the house for city inspector's use. No problems. My only minor complaint is that I found several roofing nails and a few pieces of old shingle on the ground after the project was completed. I put this in the category of unavoidable in a roofing project.

Absolutely Wonderful!! We used Angies List to find three roofing contractors to provide us an estimate to replace our shingles. Everlasting Exteriors had over one hundred reviews and a majority of them gave high marks to Jim and his crew. I contacted Jim and he got back to my online inquiry immediately. Jim from Everalsting Exteriors was able to provide an estimate without even coming to our property. The estimate was over $2,000 dollars less than the three other outfits. Based on the assessments and competitive pricing we chose Everlasting Exteriors for our new roof. Jim met with my wife and I a week prior to the install and we covered the contract line by line. NO SMALL PRINT!! We chose the shingle style, and color we wanted and Jim scheduled the install. Jim and his crew arrived on time on the date discussed to install the new roof. The project was completed in one day. When my wife and I returned from work, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Jim and his crew respected our property by doing an awesome job picking up after the job was complete. We whole heartedly recommend Everlasting Exteriors for any roofing job.

It was good. They came out shortly after we purchased the deal and we weren't charged anything extra. We had them repair some damage by wood peckers in our new wood. He was able to do it without much communication.

Jim really came through for us. Our roof was in need of serious help after a previous amateurish roofing job was botched. We contacted a number of roofers but most were completely unhelpful or didn't do cedar shake. Finally we found a professional that was willing to work with us despite having to deal with the previous poorly done repairs. They were prompt and worked quickly, so this will be the first winter we don't have to worry about the roof leaking. Inspection by the city was a success as well. If they can fix up our horrible roof, I'm sure they could take care of anything you can throw at them.

I had purchased 2 coupons for 12 hours of work total, thinking this would be a big job. The sales rep Jim came a couple times to assess the areas that needed to be repaired, and thought only a door jamb and a couple window frames really needed work. A crew of 4 arrived on time on the date we had agreed to and took care of the job. But I chatted with the man in charge of the crew, and he freely admitted that this wasn't their specialty at all, and that their sales rep had pushed the coupons on the advice of an Angie's List rep. The end result was certainly pretty underwhelming.

Purchased a Big Deal. All those that purchased it were notified that they planning the schedule and within 2-3 weeks the work was scheduled and completed. Excellent work done.

Provider was swamped with work from the deal offered, so it took some time to get the work scheduled and performed. Work on the house was good quality. Staff that he hired to help perform the work was good and courteous.

Initial contact was fast. Follow up to get the actual appt made took a bit more work. They apparently sold many more than they anticipated and the wet spring put them quite behind on many fronts. Once we got it set up, they were on time, very polite and professional, fast workers and out of here. Because we vastly over estimated the amount of rot we had, it turned out to be quite an expensive endeavor--for what we got. But that was totally our error, not theirs. They were quite prepared to do more.

Went very well. I purchased 6 hours of labor and they brought 4 guys and did job in about 1.5 hours just as estimated.

I thought their service was good, however the quality of one repair did not meet my expectations. A repair was made and the contractor choose to seal the cracked wood rather than replace with a new wood.

They really did a good job. One guy contacted me and I tried to get a hold of them. I sold the house. I wanted the work done before the house was sold. I think this one was worth it. I'm pretty sure they did a good job for me. They came out and knocked it off. They're easy to work with. There were no additional costs aside from the big deal purchase. I had a detached garage. My house was built in 1924. I would use them in the future.

Above says it all, they did not possess the skills to comfortably move forward. Not a big project but certainly a tricky one.

I talked to the guy and I was pretty impressed. He seemed pretty forthright. They do roughing and stuff and siding he said no your roofing and siding are fine, even though they are fairly old and give me some tips as to things I could do for the problems over there. He seemed honest and knowledgeable. I probably didn't have enough work for him, I could have got more work done, it was kind of they didn't necessarily need the entire time, but I was fine with it. I would use them again.

Jim and the crew did a great job on the roof. They did the job quickly and on time. Jim was easy to get a hold of, either by phone, text or email. I was actually surprised how well it went, his business is in Vermilion, my house is in Chisago City, 60 miles! Angies list to job completion was one week ( the roof took one day 7:00am-4:00pm!). Yup...he'll be doing the siding on the house.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to have wood trim on my house repaired. I contacted them via email to let them know what I wanted done. I did not hear back from them so I sent another email the next week. I received a group email sent out to all that purchased the Big Deal telling me I would have to wait for somebody to get back in touch with me because they were busy with current work and overwhelmed with responses to the Big Deal. Nobody contacted me directly to confirm receipt of my email and to acknowledge the work I wanted done on the house. A few weeks went by without hearing from them. One of the people who had received the group email wrote back to the person that sent out the email - he cc'd everybody on the email - asking when could they expect to have somebody contact them to have work done on their house. Several others replied saying they too had not heard anything and were wondering when work would be done. Shortly thereafter I received a voice mail message saying they would be out at my house the next day and would that day work with my schedule. I wanted to go over with them exactly what I wanted done to my house, etc., but due to my very busy schedule I did not have the opportunity to respond to their last minute voice mail and presumed they would not be out at my place unless they received a confirmation voice mail or email from me. A couple of weeks later as I was getting ready to call them back to reschedule the appointment, I took a look at the part of my home that I wanted them to work on. I was extremely surprised to discover they'd already come out to my house and completed the work. I saw they'd repaired the fascia on my house as well as a hole in my siding that a woodpecker had created earlier this year. They seemed to have done a good job. But I NEVER received any kind of confirmation from them letting me know they'd done the job, I NEVER received an invoice from them detailing the work they'd done, and the only communication I received was 1) the group email telling everybody we'd have to wait because they were too busy to respond to us and 2) the last-minute email saying they'll be at my place the next day. In fact, if I hadn't looked up at my house I would never have known they'd done the work. I find it hard to believe that a reputable business would conduct their operation like this - not stay in touch with somebody that wants your business, then call a homeowner with less than 12 hours notice to let them know they've scheduled work on your house and they'll be there the next day (they never said what time they'd be out at my house, by the way), do the work without letting them know you've done the work, and not send an invoice detailing the work done and the cost of the work. This is very unprofessional and I will absolutely NOT use their services going forward.

Took a long time to schedule. No response to emails. Once scheduled, work seems to have gone well and satisfactorily.

I called Everlasting Exteriors and they returned my call the same day. Jim came out the same week to give us an estimate for the work - over 6000 square feet. It was a very reasonable estimate based on talks with other roofers. We had a very rainy, snowy spring but during the first two sunny, dry days, his workers came out and removed the shingles in one day and started part of the roof. They worked hard for 1 and 1/2 more days. Always kept everything clean. They were very professional and polite. Jim, the owner is very nice. We love the new roof and how it looks. They did a fantastic job.

Work was performed on time and at agreed upon price. Workers were friendly and offered advice on other areas of the house that may need repair. Only reason grade is not A is because scheduling was difficult and required many emails from me for over one month to get someone to call me and schedule an appointment.

The young men were very polite, calling when they were coming and when they were expected to arrive. They were polite when they were here...but customer service and a job is so much more than that. We are not overly thrilled with the skill or quality of the work. Three guys came, and it looks like two hours of work. I asked if the trim boards would match what was up already..and was told "oh yes, its all the same". No, the trim boards do not match, so then all pieces should be replaced so it matches! I stated that I would be putting the trim boards back up (we removed while they were at my home). The pieces they cut and installed will have to be removed, recut and replaced because the trim boards I will be putting back up no longer fit. (Clearly, they did not check to see if they would fit!) They just replaced wood, they didn't really care or had a clue what I needed to do after they left (even though I told them what I was going go do.) In another spot, there are places where the trim isn't flush...could it have been shimmed to match the depth of the other boards? If you need something done, the price matters but the timeline doesn't matter and the work isn't that important (as in no other work hinges on the work you are getting done), then it can be a good deal. But If you want to provide input, be heard, have an opinion or question and want quality work, have a conversation and get what you asked for....and if you have reservations about some of the "Angie's deals", you should. We will have to pay to have several pieces will have to be corrected by a carpenter. Over all, I do have exactly what we paid for, "rotten wood replaced" and thats about it.
