After emailing and calling by phone many times over the course of a month, I cannot even get a response. I've left clear details about work to be done and our contact information multiple times. Reviews seem great, however I am not sure they are even in business anymore. They certainly don't act like it.

Ryan did an outstanding job to take care of all of our problems. He was quick, professional and the quality of his work was over the top! Thank you!!

Cory Johnson from ENVIRO-Air arrived exactly on time to assess the problem and quickly sized it up. He advised that we take care of this particular problem ourselves, because it would be safe and relatively easy to do, and more cost-effective. He also recommended that we consider contacting him again when the skylight is replaced, in case there is also mold inside the ceiling construction, where we can't see it now. He took a little extra time to recommend specific products and methods for taking care of the immediate mold problem ourselves, and told us where to find these products. The initial assessment and recommendations were at no charge. ENVIRO-Air has experience and expertise, they are very professional, and they prioritize the customer's best interest. We have placed Cory's card with our roof file for reference when the roof and skylight projects gets completed in the spring. THANK YOU!

When he came to assess/bid, Cory from Enviro-Air was great at explaining our issues and his proposed treatment. I contacted him a few times after that, before the job began, and he was always quick to reply. Cory’s proposal included sending someone during the roofing work, to treat trusses that were exposed while decking was off. This required coordination with our roofing co. and arriving at a particular day and time so the mold work could occur without stalling the roofers’ progress. Cory was totally open to that, and it went very smoothly. Two other notes: Enviro-Air’s pricing was better than another comparable bid I received. And after they finished their work, I came home to a spotless garage – their sweep/clean-up of the floor was impeccable! I would certainly recommend them to others, and I’ll call Cory again if I need this kind of service in the future.

I am 1000% pleased with Cory Johnson's Enviro-Air Cleaning Specialists. They removed toxic mold from my house promptly and efficiently. They were fast, efficient, and effective. They considered me first above all else. They asked many questions and did an assessment, and work began. I was able to stay in the house while they worked. The employees Chad and Ryan, cordoned off a 'safe' area for me so that I could remain in my home and did not have to incur the extra expense of going to a motel/hotel. I was completely safe in this area and it worked very well in the manner in which they did this. As soon as the mold was gone I began to feel much better. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Just excellent - and I would hire them again. In fact, should I ever get mold again, they will be the only firm I will use! Arrived on time and completed the project in less than a full day. Attic has not lookred this good in years. Since we use it for storage, we needed it cleaned.

Cory was very helpful and responsive over the phone. He even coordinated the timing and quote over the weekend and made sure his team was available on Monday to remove some surface mold . The crew that came in was also very professional explained what they are going to do and did a great job

Cory was very helpful over the phone and came to see our issue within a few days of the first time we contacted him. After signing an agreement, again they were there within a few days to complete the job. They were courteous, responsive, and fast. The job itself was less than 1 hour and all the mold was completely removed from our attic. We had some issues with the solution leaking through our vent and onto our bathroom rug. When Cory heard of this he offered to cover the cost of the rug! Overall, everyone was really helpful and easy to work with.

Cory and his team of professionals are an honest and committed company. We were in a tight situation as we were selling our house and part of the agreement was to have mold remediated as the buyer's inspector had believed there was mold. Cory came over soon after we contacted and let us know that there wasn't mold, and would write a letter on our behalf explaining so (which would have given him no business). In the end, we went with his air cleaning services as we contracted with the buyers that we would - and Cory came in at HALF the cost of a competitors bid. In addition, at last minute, we found out that the attic was to be inspected. We had one day to have it inspected and Cory came out that same day and was able to write an additional letter regarding our attic in the nick of time. Environ-Air Cleaning is a hard working company out to help clients/customers, and not out to take money for any reason possible. I will definitely use their services again if need be.

After some slight miscommunication at first, Cory came out the next morning and gave an estimate for some not-so-standard in-floor air duct cleaning. They came out a couple days later and completed the cleaning. I am happy they were willing to take on the job and did so professionally. Would definitely recommend.

John came out initially to review situation. He was very informative about mold in general and process to remove. Our insurance adjuster, water clean up person, and 2 others said only solution was to remove entire TV center for $$$ ! We appreciated John's conservative and least invasive approach to this problem. His supervisor Cory came out next time with John and promptly, efficiently, and patiently cut a hole in cabinet first to see damage and found little to no mold. They discovered in minutes there was no need to remove multi-piece center. They treated it in no time, and saved me a lot of money, time, and worry. They are very professional and even helped me with my dehumidifier!

Went perfect. Cory was very responsive at all hours of the day. Super friendly and professional. They even placed air cleaners on my main floor as a precautionary. He sent me all the lab reports so I could see exactly what was in the air in my basement, I would highly recommend Enviro-Air Cleaning Specialists and will use them again in the future.

Cory was very responsive, professional, and respectful. He explained the process and provided the quote as promised. We scheduled the job and the team, Jon and Ryan were very thorough. They found the leak causing the mold and removed all the moldy drywall and shower. Even though the price was higher than originally quoted (due to the extra material removal and labor) they were very reasonable. The area was left extremely clean and I was happy they were able to find the source of the leak.

Corey was very helpful and informative when removing the mold from our attic. He came same day, answered all questions and was very quick in getting it done. I couldn't say enough good things about him or this company! I would recommend to family and friends!

We had Cory to our lake home for a mold inspection after the basement flooded this winter. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to fit us into the schedule. I felt confident in his expertise and his recommendation to move forward. He didn't pressure us to buy additional services that we didn't need. I would go back to Cory again! Much, much better experience than previously dealing with Service Masters.

I called several contractors to remove mold I had in my laundry room and bathroom. Cory was the only one I didn't have to leave a message, not only did he answer (after hours) but he was out the next day to give me an estimate. He was very reasonable and below any other company and the final cost was exactly what he promised in his estimate. Cory was professional and very patient with all my questions, text messages and emails. Thank you for making a very unpleasant situation a piece of cake!!! I would highly recommend Cory and his team!!!

Enviro-Air was great to work with. They responded quickly to my request for a assessment and provided one the next morning. They were thorough and thoughtful when assessing the situation and provided me with multiple options for mold remediation. They were easy to schedule with and came to do the work as soon as possible. They were prompt, professional and took good care of our 100+ year old home while taking care of the mold problem. Afterwards, they provided an air purifier to make sure the space was clear before eventually finishing up. Overall, while I never want to find black mold in my house again, I would call them again in a heartbeat. They did an excellent job, were professional and easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in the same unfortunate, mold-ridden boat we were in.

Cory and his team were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and did a great job. They first came to my home to perform the air quality testing. Cory explained in depth the air quality test results and my options for moving forward. The team came back to do mold remediation and air filtration. The Enviro Air team was easy to schedule, punctual, and got everything done on time. I would recommend their team and services.

Cory was able to come out the next day to inspect the area and scheduled a time to come out and address the issue later that same week. He identified the problem quickly, removed the mold, and fixed the vent attachment for us. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly and he cleaned up after himself before he left. We would definitely use him again.

He did a very good job on removing the mold and main important is working with us thru out the whole process. We ran into few issues. He ensured us that he will take care and work with us until issue is resolved. He was very accurate on responding the emails and communicating on the phone. My biggest relief was on Sat morning when we found additional issue. I sent him an email but wasn't expecting response back until Monday. He responded within 1/2 hour.

They did a great job. I was especially pleased with the complete job of clean up after they finished their work.
