Description of Work: They did a garage addition tearing out the floor and pouring in a concrete floor and patching it into the patio and driveway. They did all the excavating for the project as well

+ -1 moreDLO did an excellent job on all aspects of my work. They returned calls promptly, showed up as promised and worked incredibly efficiently. The foreman drove to my house in a spring snowstorm just to make sure the job was ready to go and to answer my questions before starting. Their prices were very reasonable and I liked the fact that I could get my excavation, poured walls, waterproofing and backfilling all done by one company. The foundation was straight and square, and done on time. They also allowed me to do the prep work for the basement floor because I wanted to install radiant heat tubing myself. They gave me a discount for the cost of prepping the floor because I did the work myself. A top notch company that I would not hesitate to hire again.
Description of Work: DLO did the excavation including a little demolition for a remodel and addition to my house. They dug the new foundation, poured the new concrete walls, waterproofed the walls, back-filled the foundation and then later they poured the new basement floor. Finally, they removed the excess soil from my property.
