They do a very good job. He is picky in that he doesn't want to come back and do something so he does it right the first time. He stands by his work. If he isn't qualified or experienced on a service he will let you know.

I have used BT Construction for all my repair and remodel needs. Jay provides very high quality service at reasonable prices. He is meticulous and very detail oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay to anyone. I will continue to use Jay for all my remodel needs, big or small. His prices are fair. He leaves the job site cleaner than when he arrived.

He was fabulous. He actually went out of his way to find ways that would save us money and save him work. The original estimate was $3,500. He was very responsive. When he said he would call, he called. There were times when he was to call with some information and he would call even if he didn't have the information just to give an update. We knew that he was working on it; even if he couldn't find everything that he needed right away, rather than just ignoring it. He was aware that money was an issue and he was able to identify by working with the city some work that we thought we would have to do, but it turned out he didn't have to do it, like replacing the footings, for example. We were very happy with him. He also used him for some minor remodeling in the kitchen. It was a reasonable cost. He was very responsive. One time he was late but he called and let me know that he was going to be late. He was very professional. I would probably use him in the future without looking for anyone else.
