APPLE IRRIGATION

I had Apple Irrigation flush my sprinklers last fall and was fairly happy- the service person was very friendly and did a great job, although I did have to call twice to set an appointment. I asked them to return to start the sprinklers this summer. I called and left a message, waited three days, called again and left a message, waited three more days, then called and reached a real person. Waited another week for them to come to perform the service. One of the sprinkler heads broke off three weeks ago. In the past three weeks, I have called twice, spoken with a real person once who told me I would receive a call to set up a service date "in a couple days" but have never received a return call. They have lost my business and I will not recommend them to others.

Mike showed up to give me a bid. He went over everything in complete detail, gave me the figures and explained what everything was that was being charged. We set up a date to install. He and his crew showed up right as scheduled, they worked for the better part of the day, under adverse conditions and completed the job as promised. Clean up was perfect, and job was well done. Crew was polite, courteous and right on time. Very respectful of my plantings and putting my yard back to it's original state. They were all wonderful and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great doing business with them.

Apple Irrigation was a great company to work with. Mike came out and offered a no-pressure estimate, and was back with an installation crew within days of our acceptance of his bid. He and the whole crew arrived on time and finished the installation within half a day. They cleaned up completely, and Mike stuck around to answer our questions and make sure we knew how to use the system. They couldn't have been nicer, and our teenage daughter called several friends to brag about her yard being full of ''hot guys!''
