Everything was done very professionally. My only criticism is that I had to waited several days before I was initially contacted, but after that, everything progressed smoothly.

After connecting with Travis, he sent me the contract which I signed. This was on Oct.1. He stated he would be able to start the work on or about Oct. 10. He called Oct. 9 and said he would start the work on Oct. 11. He and his crew arrived, cut out the asphalt and cleaned up the area so it would be ready for concrete pouring on Oct. 12. The concrete was poured on the 12th and Travis came later that day, looked at the work done, covered it with a plastic sheet in case of rain and our business was concluded. The work done looks great and Travis showed that he is a dedicated businessman by keeping me informed of delays, start date, finish date and what to do after the concrete was poured.

I had a garage built last year but some of the work was faulty. One of the problems was a service walk that channeled the water draining out of my back yard directly into my garage. Travis Gay of Trinity replaced it, added more sidewalk along the side of the garage and installed a parking/garbage container pad along the alley. They did some additional grading. Everything looks great--and no water in the garage after the latest rainfall.

The garage floor was eroding at the edge and was getting worse every year. I also had 2 huge cracks in the sidewalk leading to the front door. Travis from Trinity Landscaping promptly contacted me after I purchased the Big Deal and showed up when he said he would. Hea measured everything and sent me an estimate that evening. This included cutting out about 1 foot of the garage floor the width of the garage, cutting out about 2 feet of the asphalt driveway and replace with concrete to create an apron. There was also about a 4 inch drop from my asphalt driveway to the sidewalk that had always bothered me. Since the sidewalk also had two large cracks in it, the estimate included fixing the sidewalk up to where it wasn't cracked. Travis said it would be about 4-5 weeks out for the work. Travis contacted me about a month later to let me know they could do the work tomorrow which worked well. They arrived promptly on Friday morning and proceeded to do the work. The work was completed professionally and they were a pleasure to work with. They had arranged for the concrete truck to be there at 3, and they were ready for them. When it started to rain late in the afternoon, they left the concrete covered up and finished about 7 p.m. They gave me instructions on when I could walk on it, drive across it and when I could park on it. I am very happy with their work and the resulting look I now have in my driveway. I would definitely call them again if I needed concrete work done.

Travis and crew did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with how much of an improvement it was to the overall curb appeal. Thanks too Travis for coordinating the work to be done all in one day!

I bought the coupon because it listed "concrete repair." Travis looked at the steps in question and said that he could not repair them in a way that would be satisfactory. I said I'd try to get my money back for the coupon. He was very nice and offered to help if he could.

Travis submitted a fair and competitive bid. He has the eye and experience to produce a quality project. His crew was attentive and they stayed longer than necessary to ensure an excellent result. They asked us to review the finished work to make sure we were happy with the quality before they left. They also kept a clean job site. We highly recommend and would use Trinity again.

Very well. It was a very small job on the very far south end of their service area but they did it in a very timely manner and they were very thorough.

My issue is with Angie's List as the certificate does no good as Trinity has a minimum concrete charge of $1000.00. So a $300.00 certificate can't get any work done. It's basically lost money if you don't want to spend $1000.00 for concrete work.

He came out to do an estimate. He doesn't do the kind of concrete work that I needed done. He did also give me an estimate for another job.

I called to set up my appointment, but they told me that my area wasn't supposed to be included in the Big Deal. They were very helpful and polite, and offered to assist me in getting a refund.

We only spoke over the phone. They were very responsive to messages. We spoke about my project and they were very up front in letting me know that they do not handle the type of work that I was looking to do.

Travis and his crew did a great job. They were here when they said they would and they did everything they said they would. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. If you are considering a concrete project, you won't regret calling them.

I had a great experience with them; it was a kind of on going work for a couple of weeks. They were great to work with and followed their schedule.

They showed up on time both days. The owner of the company kept us informed during the whole process. The workers were friendly, polite, and had a great work ethic. They all got along with each other and seemed to enjoy their work. The old concrete was loaded up and hauled away. They replaced the sod they needed to dig out and placed our decorative rocks back in place. They cleaned the yard and work area very well for concrete and construction guys and believe me I have seen those who don't. Their price was more than fair and the end concrete product is perfect.

All the jobs we had done by Travis at Trinity Landscaping went very well. His work was timely and professional. The work, I felt, was high quality and that is why we have called him back to do work for us at a couple of houses we have owned. From his work at my house/rental house to work at my husband & I's house. We would highly recommend Trinity Landscaping. The neighbors at my old house liked my patio do much they came over while he was working and asked him to install a patio at their house.
