Description of Work: Trinity came and poured a new apron for my garage, as my old asphalt one was bulging up and not connecting well. Initial contact with Travis, at Trinity was a bit challenging for me, but all worked out very well and Travis did everything VERY well. The apron looks fantastic and we would recommend his work, based on what he did for us.

Description of Work: driveway apron: Wonderful company to work with. Travis was very professional and knowledgable. He is very busy but never loses track of his customers. always returned phone calls and happy to answer questions. Travis and his crew did beautiful job.

Description of Work: had back sidewalk replaced and buttress on side of front steps repaired. everything was done in time frame discussed. wasn't sure the step repair would not harm nearby plant as it was very small area. plant was not harmed. a very positive experience | | | |

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Big Deal for $300 worth of concrete services. I wanted them to clean up and re-color my stamp and colored concrete porch. I didn’t get anything done that I had hired them to do. In the fall of 2013, they ended up power washing my driveway and they also did some power washing on the porch. The total cost for this power washing was $750! I am not satisfied. I had a lot of projects going on at the time so I had to push them back, but then they got busy when I really needed them. Travis is a nice guy, but he isn’t an expert. I would not hire them again. I still need to hire someone to do what I originally wanted.

Description of Work: We did not use this company because of distance, but they were very responsive and informative about what we needed. I would use them if they were closer.

Description of Work: The owner of the company, Travis Gay, was extremely helpful and communicative. I needed repair done to my garage floor but he indicated that his company only did full removal and replacement of garage floors. I sent him photos and he made suggestions for the repair work even though he wouldn't be doing it. The Big Deal listing didn't spell out the fact that "concrete services" didn't include repair work. Even considering that, Travis was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him for his honesty and communication alone.
