THE FIRST TIME WE USED THEM THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THIS TIME THEY WERE SLOW TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK EXCEPT THAT ONE OF THE LIMBS WERE DROPPED IN OUR POOL AND RIPPED THE LINER. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THIS.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO THE WORK IN DECEMBER BUT NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT THE PLAN WAS HE SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT IN A WEEK, DIDN''T SHOW UP AGAIN. I HAD TO CALL ONCE MORE IN FEBRUARY AND THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK THAT WEEK. THEY ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY, BUT JUST NEVER LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WEREN''T GOING TO SHOW UP. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, ONCE THEY GOT HERE.
