After initial discussions with Greg over the phone, I provided detailed drawings of the cabinets. There was some delay in getting back to me with his estimate. I liked the estimate and provided him a clear response with Yes, I would like to move forward. There was another 1 week delay in getting back to me with additional questions/clarifications. When he finally got back to me, I was going on a 5 day vacation. I provided him the requested information. He stated he would drop off a sample while I was gone along with take detailed measurements while at my house to drop off the sample. He never did drop off the sample and never came to my house. I left him multiple voicemails, emails, and text messages but he never did call me back. By the time this all happened, I did not make my deadline for the project (my daughter's 3rd birthday party). Very disappointed with Greg and his lack of professionalism. If he did not want to do the job, just be clear and call me back. I would not recommend using him and / or his company for future work.
