+ -1 moreOverall, I would rate Lawn King's responsiveness and professionalism as the worst I've ever encountered.
Description of Work: We have a downspout that, in a heavy rainstorm, allowed water to get into the basement. In 2007, we hired Lawn King to put in a dry well and a lateral line to divert the heavy runoff away from the basement to pop-up in a nearby slope. This June we had exceptionally heavy rains and water cme into the basement. I called Lawn King at 8:30Am and was told 'Dave' would call me back. At 4:00 PM, I called again and was told that Dave was too busy to return the call much less make a service call and that I should call another comnpany to fix the problem.
